Easy ordering and great response from the help team

The customer service is unmatched. I requested an exchange and was immediately provided with a response. The representative went above and beyond to help me. In addition, I have not found a better fitting, affordable, quality product and I have tried serval competing brands. 10 stars!

Nice quality, but very poor stock inventory. Since a 29" inseam was not offered, I got a 28" inseam. But the return process was a bit of a hassle, and while they recommended a 30" inseam, it was not in stock!

Jack Archer clothes look great and fit great not to mention they feel great! The customer service reps are very helpful and responsive. I've worked with one of their personal shoppers, Jordan, who has been very helpful in suggesting outfits and making selections. I would highly recommend JA!

What made my experience great was to my much chagrined surprise and after decades of wardrobe building for others I was at a complete stand still for my garment choices for myself. Fashion is fast and changes quickly the professionals were totally awesome!

I completed my order without requesting the quickest delivery available. Contacted customer service and they made it happen.

Once I found a way to communicate with someone (or something?), via Online Chat, my issue was resolved. There has been a significant delay in the shipping of my order. The Chat rep saw the issue and initiated a resolution and removed shipping costs I had incurred. I have to be honest, I was very frustrated trying to find a way to communicate. I have the app and I have an account. I couldn't sign in and kept receiving an error message regarding my email being incorrect. I verified I was using the correct email but to no avail. I tried to make contact through the app but it was impossible. The FAQ's and/or help topics were of no use as far as my particular problem. The Contact Us tab produced nothing, just a blank screen. I wish your app was as good as your pants. Fortunately I was able to get on your website and found a Chat option. Maite was very helpful.
