Phoned and spoke to a lady called Gaynor regarding a pair of Meindl walking shoes.
She physically checked shoes were in stock and advised me to order on the phone as she would then pack them and walk them around to the post office next door!
They arrived at my door within 24 hours.

I ordered a pair of Meindl Activo Walking shoes - they were too big so I rang Jacks to organise an exchange. They were fine about it and once they'd received the return package, they despatched the size smaller.
My only reservation is that I didn't know when their package would arrive, so had to leave a note on the front door with instructions.

I was looking for a decent winter jacket, a friend had spoken of Jack's in Gt Dunmow. I visited the shop and was delighted, the knowledgeable staff went over and above to ensure I had the garment right for my needs. I tried on many coats with the help from Debbie a delightful lady. old school values and service, in fact a pleasure to visit 😀
