Excellent support
I have had the most amazing support over the past year from Senior Associate, Gillian McCluskey and her assistants, Jenna and Eve. A rogue patio door installer had caused much disruption but Gillian cleared the way for the dangerous work to be rectified by a professional builder. A court case has since been won against this rogue installer. Additionally what should have been a relatively straightforward contractor dispute turned into an even greater nightmare when the installer company directors were arrested for serious drug offences. I simply would not have coped throughout this case without Gillian’s highly professional and understanding guidance.

Car Insurance claim
Once my insurance company past over the handling to jackson boyd I received email same day to say they were now dealing with cases on my behalf was kept updated every few weeks to say what was haooending till day got settled was never under stress 100% respect and polite from the negotiator to lawyer all we're great can't mind date they took over was after July 25 but now got it settled before going to court my experience was great I had Brooklyn Webster first then josh kirkland both done everything they said would recommend jackson boyd to others now

Jackson Boyd has literally changed my…
Jackson Boyd has literally changed my life, I did not fully understand the extent of my driving anxiety and the effect it was having on my life as I had come to accept this is how I feel and putting strategies in place to avoid certain journeys. The help I received has changed everything for me. James kept me in the loop with everything and when I didn't feel motivated to continue reminded me of why I was doing this.
