On the ball
It's taken a long time coming (started 11/7/24), but my RTA claim was finally settled on 19/2/26. The third party insurers were responsible for the delay, but Jackson Boyd stuck with it. I had 6 different people handle my case as it progressed through the system (with a few staff members moving about), but I was always kept updated. Each person was always on the ball and was thoroughly aware of the circumstances of my claim whenever they took over the handling of my case. Even updates saying there was no update were very welcome, because it made me feel valued to know that I hadn't been forgotten about. I'd like to thank all the team that I dealt with, special thanks goes to Aaron Stephen and Carly Walker for all their help most recently and for finally getting it over the line.
