I have made another order today for samples. When I make my selections, the fabric comes beautifully wrapped and I am over the moon with my new blinds and curtains.
A fantastic selection of fabrics, some of which are highly discounted. Thank you for providing so much choice.

Don’t buy from them ever I ordered two bespoke made cushions with strawberry thief print -I had decided upon it based on a swatch !!!!! With the strawberry thief bird showing clearly from a swatch that I had decided upon which had the strawberry birds with the strawberries in their mouth holding the strawberry - 2 cushions costing £180 came with no strawberries in the printer all and only the birds without the strawberries with their mouth singing
They told me I should’ve asked for the birds with the strawberries on to be on the cushions but the name of the material was strawberry thief both sides of the cushions had the exact same front on without the strawberries feature on the cushions at all miss selling at it’s best the used off cuts to make my cushions !!!! Why if the print is called strawberry theif would I want birds and NO strawberries !!!!!

I am angry and upset -do not buy from them

When I mentioned this to Annabelle she said she was sorry but customer services said unless I specified that I wanted the strawberries on the cushions (why would I not want the strawberry thief on the cushions)? Then I should’ve specified it in my order
I actually spent £400 with them. I’m going to call my card company because I’m so upset with the delivery of what I’ve received.

I also I ordered two rolls of strawberry thief wallpaper by Morriss & co
200 pounds they said they don’t allow discounts on discounted stock -all other companies do

I went back to order two more rolls of the paper but based on their response regarding the cushions which look awful by the way and they’re not relating effectively to the print that I have on my wall paper

So I’m going to another supplier and I will never buy from Jane Clayton again

My designer agreed !!! Not using them again

Easy to search fabrics and order samples. It's just a shame that a couple I was interested in were out of stock. I appreciate that the first five samples are free. Quick despatch and delivery.

Took them 24 hours to despatch my goods and I am still awaiting them 2 days later. The delivery company UPS are the worlds worst in that I am just getting lie after lie from them, therefore contacted the Customer Service Manager at Jane Clayton who offered no help whatsoever in find out when my goods will be delivered!!

Almost perfect. The Lelivere fabric is 5 stars and arrived quickly considering it was coming from France.
Not so happy that when I encountered an issue when placing the order (it was a bank check) I called and started to explain my issue then got cut off... Tried to call back then engaged. I still placed the order.
I had requested samples and they arrived by recorded delivery which was not expected - I thought it was my fabric arriving so had to call to check what was going on.
As before the fabric is 5 stars. Not sure about the C/S though nobody likes being cut off or why samples are via recorded delivery?
I will order again - maybe the being cut off was a glitch and at least now I know samples are recorded delivery.

Samples are easy to order and arrive very quickly. The size of the samples vary but are generally not big enough to see the full pattern. The only other option, at the moment, is to buy a metre of fabric which at over £95.00 a metre is not viable if there is more than one fabric. I have enquired with Jane Clayton to see if there is any other option. I am awaiting their reply.

I only purchased five wallpaper samples which were presented beautifully in a wallet. Received within a couple of days. They were A4 size so you could get a better picture of what the design was like.

I ordered made-to-measure curtains and cushions. Every delivery date given was revised and then missed, despite repeated chasing. The cushions arrived incorrectly made (trimming sewn on the inside instead of the outside, despite clear instructions), and despite several weeks of follow-up I was never provided with return details. I'm still waiting. When the curtains eventually arrived, they contained multiple visible defects, including an undisclosed central seam. These curtains were purchased with button pinch pleat design to add a touch of elegance to a room. However, the central seam that runs right down the middle detracts completely from attaining a polished elegant look. I raised this immediately by email and am still waiting for a response. Extremely disappointing for a company positioning itself as premium.

Great service very quick and professional

I’ve used Jane Clayton a number of times, and the curtains and blinds are always beautifully made.

This time, however, I made an error in my order by selecting two waterfall Roman blinds and one stacked blind, all in the same fabric and within the same order. While this was entirely my mistake, I was a little surprised it didn’t flag as unusual at the ordering stage or prompt a quick email to double-check. It would have been a great opportunity for an extra moment of customer service.

I wanted to match some fabric l uesd a few years ago and found it on this web site, great price and quick delivery.
Would buy from here again.
