Hi Victor,
We are sorry that we used United States Post Service instead of DHL, which was the delivery method that was stated at our checkout. We did not however over charge you, as a shipping charge of $4.95USD was still required to ship out your Night Tape at the time, regardless of which shipping method was used.
I hope to earn your trust again soon and we have made sure we are using the exact couriers advertised at checkout, or on our pages going forward.

After sending my scans to them my treatment plan was made quickly. My case was more complex but my aligner box had what my dentist needed to put my attachments on easily. Loving results so far and very little discomfort

Nice results and easy to use
Nice results and easy to use, I’ve noticed my smile is better and it’s only been 8 weeks. I’m starting to get compliments on my teeth which is weird haha
