The delivery arrived very late at 9:30…
The delivery arrived very late at 9:30 PM, but the main issue was the driver's refusal to help carry or assist with a heavy box. As a pensioner, I was forced to handle a heavy item up the stairs completely on my own, which was difficult and unsafe. Better assistance should be offered when delivering heavy items.

Zero Delivery Notice
We were not provided with either an advance notice of the delivery or a delivery slot as the company stated it would in emails (as noted below). I received a call from the delivery driver, whom I could not comprehend, out of the blue and was told the delivery would occur in 20 minutes. Luckily we had family staying over, else we would have been stranded so to speak.
I've given three, not two stars, solely because the customer service lady was quite apologetic.
- "Please Note we contact all the customers a day before to confirm delivery date and time slot."
- "BS 2 Man Delivery will send an SMS within 3 working days of receiving the order for you to confirm delivery arrangements."
- "The day before delivery, you will receive another SMS with a 3-hour time slot window."

We apologize for this inconvenience. We truly apologize for what has happened; this is not something we expect from our delivery company. For all customers, we provide updates from start to finish throughout the delivery process, ensuring they understand every step. We update their file if there are any changes and contact customers when a delivery date and time slot have been scheduled. Our delivery team calls about half an hour before delivering the products. If there has been a misunderstanding or anything was missed on your end, we regret the oversight.
Again we apologise for this inconvenience.

Super friendly guys. Carried about 7 or 8 heavy boxes ( media unit)up the stairs to first floor flat in the lovely Scottish rain. I was advised it would take 7 to 10 days to Scotland however arrived in 5 days and nice and early. Thank you

Excellent delivery from two very hard working employees
Excellent, punctual delivery to us in South Norfolk at 7pm. Men were very polite and rang ten minutes ahead of arriving. Also, they took the packaging away. A long drive ahead of them back to Wolverhampton - sounds like they work much too long hours.
