A very professional company
superfast delivery I got phone call the day before delivery to confirm delivery date and time slot.
next day the delivery driver called me to confirm they where 30 minutes away arrived and delivered my coffee table both men very polite and put the package into my hall for me.

Delivery Service was Extremely bad
Delivery Service was very bad . I spoke on the phone and asked if the delivery guys could put my chest of drawers upstairs in the room . The guy on the phone said yes just ask them when they get there with the delivery. While delivery I asked the delivery men, he checked his phone and said no its a hallway delivery only. I told him that we were told to ask them to put it upstairs and the delivery man kept saying no , the stairs were too dangerous and also he would be liable if they broke something and then just walked out. The delivery guys were very rude and unprofessional and very unwilling to help .

We want to address this honestly. It is clear there was a miscommunication between our customer service team and our delivery crew regarding the scope of your delivery. You were given an expectation over the phone that, unfortunately, was not reflected in the delivery instructions our team had on the day. We sincerely apologise for this — that inconsistency should not have happened, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information.
Regarding the delivery itself, our drivers do operate under specific booking instructions, and room-of-choice delivery is a separate service that must be arranged and confirmed in advance. On this occasion, the driver was correct in that his booking only covered a hallway delivery. However, we acknowledge that the way this was communicated to you fell short of the professional and courteous standard we expect from our team, and for that we are truly sorry.
We take feedback like this very seriously as it helps us identify where our processes and communication need to improve. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to discuss this further and see what we can do to make things right.

A very efficient delivery service
Communication with the Delivery company was very clear, the delivery arrived when expected with a phone call half an hour before with time of arrival. The men brought the Sofa to the desired room and efficiently unpacked and took away the packaging. A very smooth operation and I am very pleased with the new Sofa. Would recommend both companies very highly.

Speedy delivery well within timescales. Clear communication, and a call 30mins ahead of arrival meant all went to plan!
The guys parked courteously outside my home, brought the goods inside, confirmed the number of boxes. They were polite and decent. Really pleased with the service received, hence the 5 stars from me! Thankyou guys

Can't fault the service from Furniture…
Can't fault the service from Furniture in fashion. When we ordered our table and chairs we expected to get It in ten to fourteen days, we got it in three days. Absolutely fantastic service. Delivery drivers were very nice and helpful. Packaging looked like it had a rough journey but everything inside was ok. We will definitely be looking to buy more from Furniture in fashion in the future. Many thanks.
