My Highschool Graduation Watch
I recently had my graduation watch, which holds immense sentimental value, repaired through your customer service team. The watch was returned to me in like-new condition, and I was impressed by the timely manner in which the repair was completed and repackaged in its new branded boxing. The level of customer service and communication throughout the process was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for the care and professionalism shown. This experience has been truly remarkable, and I cannot thank your team enough for restoring such a meaningful item.

JBW IS AMAZING!! I needed to get my watch repaired. The customer service was top-notch. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way. I received my watch back and it looked just as good as the first day that I received it. Thank you JBW!! I will definitely remain a customer and make another purchase soon!

My expectations were exceeded. I am so happy I was able to get my watched repaired with no issues. I reached out to them and they responded back very quickly, when my watch was in their possession they gave me updates constantly.

Warning about ordering from this company - Awful customer support
I bought a watch for our anniversary, but my husband noticed that the watch head was slightly bent after a month of ownership so I contacted them, they asked for me to return the watch so I did. However I have bad dyslexia and didn't notice that they asked for a tracking number. Now they are refusing to give me my watch back because I didn't add tracking to the shipment. This is rediculous. I hope anyone ordering from them will use some common sense and look elsewhere!
