Debbie Ranger has been massively helpful and very responsive on a number of issues concerning my flat and I am very grateful to her.

Myself and my partner have recently moved out after spending 3 years renting a flat within a building, managed by JCF, in Putney. Marta Moutran was our building manager / point of contact. Marta was always on hand to help with any issues we had. Marta was always extremely pleasant to deal with and acted in a professional manner. Thank you Marta!

JCF manage the flat that I moved into in SW15 two years ago. My point of contact has been Helen and she is always responsive, helpful and pro-active. If there have been any queries or issues I have raised these have been dealt with and she is a helpful link between me and the landlord.

I have know m/s haider for 18 months and I find her pleasant and helpful. She is always ready to help the residents in the estate and is particularly helpful to the elderly population. She is professional and prompt in her dealing with all matters of the estate.

I had a really positive experience renting a flat which was managed by JCF. They were very responsive, dealt with issues quickly (our fridge broke & a new one was ordered straight away) and they always gave plenty of notice of any maintenance work / boiler services etc. Would recommend them very highly

We used Stewart White, of JCF, in our negotiations to purchase the freehold of a small block. The claim went to Tribunal at which Stewart prepared our case. His experience blew the freeholder's representative out of the water. The level of preparation was extremely thorough demonstrating a wealth of experience. This was the second use of JCF and we would not hesitate to come back to them, particularly if Stewart was the valuer.
