Very friendly and helpful staff and great choice of equipment.
I was extremely anxious and Jake kindly showed me round making it clear there was no pressure to sign up. Everyone was very friendly and when I did sign up David offered to go through the equipment with me which was amazing as I was totally lost. Every time I go there’s always someone to help or offer advice whether it’s staff or others training. Nothing is too much for anyone. It can get busy but there is always machines or space spare.
I like that the saunas are separate too.

First time for many years using gym
First time for many years using gym. Lovely welcome postive staff. Lots of equipment . Classes good so far. Especially the burn and yoga .
Good free parking. Other facilities not so plentiful. Very small sauna nothing else really but what do u want for £10 introductory fee for first month without contract. Good for short term.

Needs some refurb
Many of the machines are tired and worn, with cushions exposed under leather covers.
Overall good gym just needs bringing back up to spec

Absolutely loved the gym!
Absolutely loved the gym!! Very comfortable environment, everyone very helpful. Didn’t need any help as a very intuitive experience but it’s lovely and big and best gym I’ve been to.

okay but could be better
i am not a first time gym goer but i feel like if someone was there is not much of an induction or support. the times i have been so far i’ve seen very few staff.

Customer service at its best
I came to the Aintree gym about 6.30am, the staff member helped me so much. This was my first time coming to the gym alone using the equipment, and I wasn't sure what I was doing. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was doing and came back later to check on me to make sure I was ok.

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, first few trips had been off peak but I went the other night during a peak time and it was great. Everyone in the gym was friendly, respectful and approachable, not something you get in every gym an in my experience it's the staff that have a massive influence on that culture, so cudos to them.

They won't help me choose the right gym 😮💨
I signed up through an ad n it automatically signed me to anitree gym n I have messaged them to change it to hunt Cross gym but they didn't. This prevents me from using my close gym n booking for classes. Even the app doesn't Allow me change my home gym..

Cramped and poor quality equipment. Not worth the money
Cramped space. Outdated machines compared to other gyms. Not worth £20 a month.
