The staff are all friendly and helpful, Matt gave me an introduction to the gym and a guide to where everything is. He's very knowledgeable & was eager to help with a basic work out routine around a problem area.
I have been back almost every day since. Would certainly recommend this gym.

Good experience so far, lots of machines and benches and no one bothers you, left alone to train which works for me.

Friendly,plenty of equipment,very friendly and encouraging PT staff and very help full,would be nice to have a small cafe so can get nice hot drink after work out , one negative no lift to upstairs for disabled or people have problems with stirs

easy to use equipment, friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. I get exactly what I want from there, and that is to exercise and leave within my own control. However there is still a great level of options within the gym for everyone.

Been to Ellie’s combat class tonight, was brilliant and enjoyable as well as hard work. Thank you please teach combat again

Everywhere is tidy and clean.
Just Wi-Fi is not working.

I have now cancelled my membership as I purchased on the understanding I could attend month by month
However after you took my money you informed me that I had to stay in a 12 month contact
I cancelled within my 14 day cool off period

Was alright gym got everything you need but just small although friendly atmosphere

I suffer with anxiety and depression and have been diagnosed with obesity by the Doctor. I have used the other gym by Switch Island in the past. Was a bit nervous about going the gym again whilst being so unfit. A member of staff called Ian helped me gain entrance to the gym and also introduced me to the gym and answered my question about Spinning classes. Thank you to Ian. I used the skier and rowing machine. Found the rower ok but skier is too tough at the moment as im carrying too much weight. Will sign up for a spinning class. Was a good first experience. Was a bit nervous cause of my weight but was glad i made it.

Excellent Gym .. been 7 times in 2 weeks ... Absolutely immaculate... Can get on every machine I want no matter what time of day .. staff around all the time for help and cleaning. Excellent service.

Overall good gym for the price, bit overcrowded and shower area smells bad :-(

All staff very friendly, never been to a gym before so trying different classes and joined an 8 week weight loss program with one of the instructors so all good and very sore at the moment, sure it will get easier, no pain no gain as they say.

Good and plentiful amount of kit with plenty of space. Ian and the rest of the staff are quite friendly and supportive. Isn't too busy in the morning and can get everything done, but haven't been during the day or evening yet.
Only critique is some members need to learn to put kit away!
