Lovely gym with great kit for all kinds of training

Great gym
Great gym, staff are very welcoming and always there to help.
Good size of gym and has great equipment for everyone to use. Never feels too busy. Classes are good too, always something on to go to.

Been going to this gym for a few years now, really recommend. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the woman’s only section for days I feel a bit less confident.

Happy with my experience at the gym so far :) I go very early in the morning so gym isn’t staffed but that’s never been an issue

Great gym loads of equipment and staff are really friendly, love the layout as well and thw fact the have the ladies gym which would suit some folk, need cold showers though only thing I would say thwyr too warm for me lol

Hello Hashim, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Although we are disappointed with the 3 star rating, we still appreciate the feedback.
The boxing facilities that we offer in our gyms are purposefully generic to be used as an addition and offer some variety to our members workouts, as we are not a bespoke boxing facility.
We like to leave that to the experts in specific boxing facilities.
We hope you continue to enjoy the great offerings we do provide in East Kilbride.

Induction with Gary plained…
The induction was great Gary explained everything in depth. He first showed me how to use the equipment, then I tried Gary then showed me again how to safely, and to get the best use of the machine. I now feel confident to use the equipment properly and now that I have any problems I can ask.
