Getting scammed

My order is supposedly still in shipping. I think we all know that is not coming. Ordered 12/4/22, check tracking number faithfully, still in country of origin....what a joke this has become. Will not refund money and no idea where parcel is.....Obviously was never sent

I ordered on December 10

I ordered on December 10. Contacted the support center first on December 19th asking why I haven't seen a shipment notification. On Dec 21, I finally received tracking on a partial shipment. The tracking number can only be tracked in their software, and that tracking number cannot be found in postal service software. I have watched this package go from transfer station to processing station to customs, to more processing stations. None of these stations have any location associated with them. After 30 days, I finally see my package is about 2 states away (United States). But its been in a Sorting Facility for 5 days now so I don't have much hope. Can't discuss the quality of the products yet, but so far the shipping process has been a disappointment for a Christmas Present. Maybe I can give it as a Valentine's day present - if it arrives.

UPDATE: JANUARY 17, 2023. The two packages have arrived. I found the products acceptable in terms of quality and matching the description. The Jacket I ordered was very oversized, however the shirts ordered were true to size and acceptable material. It is unfortunate that your shipping is so inadequate - I would have ordered again from you. And I do see that your customer service is now attempting to make things correct. Thank you for your responsiveness.

The order was in transit for 30 days

The order was in transit for 30 days. I then get an email saying the package was delivered in mailbox. There is no way the Hoodie Jacket I ordered would fit in the mailbox. Ordered the Jacket on 12/8/2022. Tracking said delivered 1/9/2023. It is not here.

Sorry to learn that you have not received the item. If the tracking site says the item was delivered but you have not received it, the reason may include 1) the deliverer did deliver it but someone stole it; 2) the deliverer delivered it to another place

I ordered 3 shirts and all 3 are too small. I emailed customer service trying to get an address to return them and no one has responded. I need an address that I can return the shirts I ordered.

I wouldn’t give even 1 star! My husband ordered 11 T shirts for $229! In October 2022 we just received 1 ONLY after contacting numerous times via email as the phone number isn’t a phone number! The tracking now says expired 87 days unavailable! No way to contact them except email and they just say keep waiting; no refund possible they shipped. That was 3 months ago and tracking doesn’t state that! What a waste of $!! They r scammers and will be brought down legally! Do NOT buy! Their website will be crashing soon!

For orders of 11 items, the shipment was most possibly split into several packages. According to your statement, I think the other packages are either on the way to their destination or ran into delivery exceptions due to the PO/thieves/incorrect address. But I am not sure of it as I couldn't find your order ID.

This is thee worst company

This is thee worst company. I ordered 3 shirts from this so-called clothing company. This was in late November, I rec'd 2 just before Christmas. The 3rd shirt Was a gift. It's Still a No Show. 3 shirts=$80.00. RIP OFF

Don't order from them

Don't order from them. Waited 2 months for a jacket and you really can't even see the design very very thin as well. They run really really small because this company is clearly coming out of Asia somewhere. They say California but thats bull

3. The California address is a transit depot. Our return address is not where the parcel came from.

Cheap Inferior Scammers

Took a long time to receive order. Received packages shipped from different California addresses. US Post Office collecting postage due as the return address could not be verified and said the label was fake. Quality of shirts were cheap and thin as well the graphics were poor. Would stear clear of this Chinese business.

Our return address is not where the parcel came from. The address on the package is not a fake label but a label for USPS to proceed with the shipping.

My shipment still has not arrive and no tracking numbet

This is NOT what I expected from a company, you have the nerve to charge my card ontime by ur parent company..but it's been 3 weeks & still has not arrived
So all but 1 of my children had a great Christmas. BTW for those reading, we can only get a refund IF we cancel with in 24 hours of the order, & there was no tracking number on my receipt...it does say "other tracking number" we don't need nor does USPS recognize nor understand the meaning. Save time & a headache DONT SHOP FROM JELLY BUDDY.

This site is the biggest rip off

This site is the biggest rip off. Fake tracking numbers. No human contact with customers. Took my money and no response at all. I have emailed several times and no response. I will be reporting this to the BBB it's a got dam shame that you advertise something and don't send customers their packages or money back. This is some 3rd world bull crap Probably someone sitting in a dam room with a laptop just stealing people's money. So yeah I'm very pissed off.

they have almost 100% one stars and that is bad and believe me you should trust the reviews! I wish everyone came to this page before they order from jellybuddy. The clothes look like they Were made in the dark, quality of the pattern which is faded and fake looking print and their return policy sucks A please don't order from them!!! I'm waiting for some BUDDY to catch on to their horrible business and shut them down!!

I purchased a sweatshirt for my son. It is not a sweatshirt it is very thin fabric more of a long sleeve shirt. Don't be fooled by the description.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Item took almost 2 months to arrive and the sweater isn't anything like the picture and very thin. Poorly made. Im Disgusted. Please avoid this company.

Miese Qualität für viel Geld

Die lange Wartezeit ist das Eine, aber die Qualität des Stoffes lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dazu kommt leider eine Abweichung der Farbe, welche nicht nur minimal, sondern extrem abweicht. Alles in Allem lässt die Ware zu wünschen übrig. Die Ware berechtigt nicht den hohen Preis. Für den Preis würde man in einem Land in Osteuropa 2 Jacken von besserer Qualität erhalten. Ich kaufe nie wieder bei diesem Shop.

Weil wir alle erst ein qualitätsgutachten sehen müssen, bevor wir an bord gehen. Wenn sie damit nicht zufrieden sind, dann ist es unsere schuld. In diesem fall können sie erstmal über die nase in jellybuddy.com mit uns kommunizieren, um die probleme zu lösen.

Wir haben versucht, dein id-programm zu identifizieren, um das problem zu lösen, aber wir haben versagt. Aber wir Wissen nicht, ob du eine e-mail schreiben kannst und welche informationen du ausfüllen kannst, damit wir das problem so schnell wie möglich lösen können.

Ich warte auf eure antwort.

I ordered 5 items from this company…

I ordered 5 items from this company with free shipping on Nov 29th, Finally got my package on Dec 27th, only to find only 2 of the 5 items I ordered were in the package, and to top that off I had to pay for the shipping, apparently due to fraudulent shipping label, I contacted support I got the usual we are sorry for the inconvience and they wanted me to send a photo of the package, which I did 3 times because I kept getting the same response after I sent a complaint to support!! This was a spendy lesson for me to learn..My next step is to file a complaint with Paypal..Please Buyer Beware!!!!

I am sorry. I think the previous customer representative must have got it wrong-- I identified your order and found that you have 2 parcels for this order. One contained 2 items and the other contained 3. You have received one and the other was also delivered on January 3rd.

Bought Mens Christmas Patchwork Fuzzy Sherpa Sweatshirt Pullover Stand Collar - nothing like the picture. Bought for my husband for several Christmas events, paid expedited shipping only to find out there is no such thing. Ordered at the end of November, received beginning of January. Refused to refund money. Kept telling me to try on first see if I like!!!! I asked them to cancel my order & refund my money and SURPRISE - order was just sent at the time I asked & they could not retrieve package . Damn thing was pink & not burgundy like it should have been !!! REPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!

We are sorry that the timing and the color didn't make you satisfied.

If the order is on the way and not all delivered, customer service can't refund the money as we can't intercept the package and get it back. So they usually suggest customers wait for the package to arrive and try on the item first--if you don't like it, you can contact us again to return the item and get a refund.
