There was an error with the tracking number but the error was fixed.

Only for the honesty and good nature of the occupants of this house that’s half a mile away this item could easily have gone missing
This was the fault of the company blaming a new labelling machine for the error
After eventually receiving the item it was opened by my wife curious has to what the fuss was about
This spoilt my surprise for Christmas and I returned it asking for the postage to be paid by the company .
To which they refused point blank ..
Unbelievable!!!!

Iv been searching for years for a specific charm my great grandmother left to my mum years ago which sadly got lost many many years ago. I messaged JT to see if they could source it and less than a month later they got in touch with the great news they had found one. They sent me pictures and descriptions which helped me feel comfortable and less than 20hrs after my payment was made I received the beautiful charm wrapped beautifully and securely. Found the perfect charm for my daughter for Christmas and JT shipped it out right away. Their selection is amazing. Unfortunately, US customs lost it, but Jewellery Trove responded (on Christmas Day!) that they would put in a claim and refund me right away. They even gave me a discount on a future order and said they'd keep an eye out for something similar. What incredible customer service!

2 months ago I purchased a very unique charm from Jewellery Trove.
Unfortunately the charm has not arrived .
I sent an email asking if they could please follow up .
They sent an email back immediately saying they had refunded me the entire amount .
I was blown away by the gesture of goodwill & would highly recommend their professionalism.
Great to deal with & goes without saying I will purchase another charm from them .
