Hi Dindo,

As you can see on your UPS Tracking page, you placed your order on November 23, 2021 at 5:19 PM, and we shipped your order on November 24, 2021 at 5:50 AM.

However, UPS did experience a delay with this shipment and the current estimated delivery date on your UPS tracking page is December 1, 2021 (today).

We have also previously replied to one of your emails with more details:

I can completely understand your frustration especially since you paid extra for shipping so that you can receive your order before your wife's birthday.

We shipped your package on-time from our side using the same UPS shipping label you paid extra for. I just refunded the $22.25 extra you paid for faster shipping as a courtesy since we value you as our customer. But please try to understand that once we hand over a package to UPS, it is no longer in our possession and is in control of UPS who will be delivering it to you. It is actually very unusual for them to experience shipping delays this early in the holiday season but since UPS is a separate company, there isn't much else we can do from our side to help them speed up their operations.

Also, if you are thinking about getting your wife something else for her birthday now, you can always return these earrings back to us within 30 days after UPS finally delivers them to you for a full refund. But again, since the package is with UPS right now, we have to wait for them to deliver it to you first.

Hi Justin,

I looked up the UPS Tracking for your order and it shows that you asked UPS to deliver your order at an alternative address. That is likely the cause of your delayed delivery.

You can find this shipping update on your UPS Tracking Page:

At the receiver's request, the UPS My Choice® delivery change option was modified. / We've rescheduled this delivery.

We on the other hand shipped your order the very next morning after you placed your order. Also, this shipment is "insured" so even if UPS had lost this shipment, you have nothing to worry about since we always take care of our customers.
