Jim's is a family business and leading retailer of British and expat food products in Switzerland, and neighbouring France, since 1996. Our main focus is delivering a great service, along with a huge variety of fresh, frozen and ambient goodies. We have a store in Gland (VD) and our jims.ch webshop delivers all across CH. The 'B' (rexit) word has been banned, however these challenging times have created connections and partnerships with new suppliers, opened up new routes we would not have considered and enabled us to bring a wider variety of products than ever before. But the thing we value most is our customers, and we pride ourselves in making sure that everyone who walks through our door in Gland, or orders from jims.ch, leaves happy in the knowledge we did everything we could to make their experience with us a great one.

Great products that we're missed, like the sausages! Quick delivery in Thermo box. My husband was very pleased to have a cooked breakfast again with his favourites. Will definitely order again.

A Brit shop that works!
As an expat living in Switzerland, theres nothing I miss more - in a foodie sense - than a full Scottish breakfast every now and then. I have checked many "Brit shops" in Switzerland, but the vast majority are more "England shops", with little to no products from Scotland. I could stock up on my potato scones and Irn Bru (yay), without spending a fortune.
The delivery was perfect and sending the cooling container back was seemless.
The communication was amazing, emails answered promptly - even a quick call to check i was ok with the delivery time (I ordered on a Friday).
You guys do an amazing job and I will certainly be a return customer.
