Jim's is a family business and leading retailer of British and expat food products in Switzerland, and neighbouring France, since 1996. Our main focus is delivering a great service, along with a huge variety of fresh, frozen and ambient goodies. We have a store in Gland (VD) and our jims.ch webshop delivers all across CH. The 'B' (rexit) word has been banned, however these challenging times have created connections and partnerships with new suppliers, opened up new routes we would not have considered and enabled us to bring a wider variety of products than ever before. But the thing we value most is our customers, and we pride ourselves in making sure that everyone who walks through our door in Gland, or orders from jims.ch, leaves happy in the knowledge we did everything we could to make their experience with us a great one.

Delivered fast
Delivered fast, good traditional British goods with a wide selection. Was missing a tracking number or send status, but a quick email with a friendly response resolved that fast! Very happy.

Great products and swift delivery
Great products and swift delivery. The packaging was damage proof, but was difficult to unravel. Try elastic bands to secure the bubble cushioning wrap, instead of the adhesive tape, which is very difficult to unravel.
