Ordered on 17 th June 26 in quick delivery at 3 pm . App shows delivery time of 4.35 pm . It wasn’t delivered neither any message from JioMart about what is happening to the order . No direct contact with customer care available or possible. Today after raising a complaint on chat box I went and saw on the app it shows the order cancelled as the products are not available . Pathetic ! This has been repaeatedly happening and with no remorse from the management . The company is doomed ! Take it from me ! A company which cares least for its customers can’t survive in today’s market !

I am extremely disappointed with JioMart's service. I placed an order which was guaranteed to be delivered by June 8th. Today is June 16th, and I still have not received my product. A delay of over a week without proper communication or resolution is completely unacceptable. This is an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience as a customer. This issue needs to be addressed immediately by their management. I really do not recommend shopping here if you expect reliable delivery.

I had ordered items on jiomart on 13 Jun 2026. But till I have not received my items. I called customer support 1800 890 1222 four times since yesterday and I get a standard answer 'Don't worry madam your order will be delivered as soon as possible'.
I am neither getting my items nor able to cancel the order. I had placed the order for groceries and vegetables which were needed urgently hence I had ordered through the so called 'quick' option. Since didn't get the items I have managed to buy them through alternate source. So kindly cancel the order and refund my money. Unlike other similar apps your jiomart is not returning the items if not delivered. I don't understand the purpose. If you confirm that you cannot refund the money. I will think that I have paid towards charity. Now I understand how some people are making money and becoming big shots

This is the very bad online service! Today I order 1. Icecream & some colddrink order came already my location but they not stand 2 min he jst came and once calling me and he is leave directly cancel my order! But I already pay online.

Jiomart’s home delivery is a joke.
They call it Quick and update a 20-30 mine ETD and goods are not delivered for hours.
I escalated twice before and finally my orders were delivered after a 5-6 hour delay.
My last order was placed on Jun 10th with an ETD 4:05 PM. It is now past 11:45 PM and still no sign of my order despite several escalations.
Customer support has been unreachable.
The delivery is equally horrible. All items are just dumped into a blue garbage bag kind of plastic and delivered in really bad condition.
Another issue I encountered is that items are listed with a higher price on the app while the delivered items have a lower printed MRP.
Reliance really needs to up its home delivery game or just stop it altogether if they are unable to manage it.

Urgent Resolution Required – Return Request Pending Since 22 May
Dear Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my return request.
22 May: Order was delivered, and I placed a return request on the very same day as the product received was damaged.
27 May: I contacted customer care and was informed that the issue would be resolved within 2–3 days.
28 May: Since no action was taken, I raised the matter again through an Instagram comment, following which a complaint number was generated.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received any resolution, replacement, refund, or pickup update.
It has now been several days, and ₹6,000 of my hard-earned money is blocked against a damaged product that I cannot use. Such delays are unacceptable and do not reflect a customer-centric approach.
I request you to:
Arrange an immediate pickup of the damaged product.
Process the refund/replacement without any further delay.
Provide a written update on the status of my complaint.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
Looking forward to an immediate resolution.

One of the worst experiences ever of shopping online. Once you place the order and make the payment then you have to sit and pray that the order gets delivered. If delivered you are lucky if not then YOU HAVE TO FORGET YOUR MONEY. JioMart has only 1 option of cancelling the order and that is when the delivery agent comes at that time you have to reject the order. But the real problem is the agent will never come and you can never cancel the order and if you cannot cancel the order then you will never receive your refund. JioMart has no other options for refund. SO WE NEED TO PRAY AFTER PLACING THE ORDER THAT THE DELIVERY HAPPENS OR ELSE AS THERE TAG LINE GOES SABKA SAPNA MOOTHI MAIN APNA.

The “quick service” of JioMart is pathetic. Yesterday i was in need of batteries and I ordered in “Quick” and it was showing that it will come by 11:09 pm. But I could not get it and waited till 12, today morning status is showing the same and when i asked in help service they are saying it will come by 10 Am today.
Very unprofessional… it was scheduled yesterday night but coming today and no sorry from there side. My experience is that you should stop your “quick” service and once you actually ready to launch then only start this service. This is 3 time I am struggling with quick service.

1. Falahari packet of snacks had lost its integrity...the air had gone means if I open the packet the snack would be soggy
2 . Wrong picture depiction of packet colour orange appears as red
dissatisfied I went to jiomart n my mood was not correct due to continuous bad service from jiomart and I yelled at executive telling why u pack spoilt products
His attitude was in next level
He threw the product
Again makes me think that we rather go and get goods than order since those people pack for someone else won't show concern regarding expiry date , quality etc

Today about at 10.30 am I ordered some items but till 3.20 pm it was not delivered inspite of many reminders.Aso the order is not going to be cancelled.More over when I called customer care number they weren't able to receive the same.

The worst site I have ever come across in my last 30 years use. Few things:
1. Wish list disappear many time.
2. Search (eg nandini goodlife" never take you any where.
3. Saved credit card even after expiry of that card cannot be removed even by customer care!
