Keep on cancelling my orders repeatedly
I placed an order for rice and some other groceries. This order got cancelled automatically after 1 day. Then I called customer care, they said to place a recorder. I did, but after 1 day also no delivery which was supposed to be done in 30-40 minutes. Then called the customer care and they said it will be delivered in 30 minutes. I waited for full day. Next day again they cancelled the order. When asked to customer care, they said due to technical issue it happened, please replace an order. What the heck. Who has so much money that they will keep on ordering and stuck their money with Jiomart and wait for cancellations to get refund after 7 days of cancellations. People don't have any other work or what? Worthless jiomart..

Agent abused and said bad words
I have placed a prepaid order on 17th may 2026 regarding some grocery things and at the time of delivery I received message stating 1 item is out of stock, as it's a weekend day, I wasn't able to connect to customer service agent bt I initiated the complaint regarding the order and no refund message. Next morning when I contacted the customer service, I received a number to call customer service agent, first of all, the agent name is TRISHA, she is talking in a very bad English, it's been difficult to understand her first but somehow I managed, and when I asked her about the details of the refund, she gave the information but when I asked her about the other issue with the same order, she started guiding me how to raise a complaint which I informed her that I did. I tried telling her that I raised my complaint already bt she is not ready to listen, then I told her it's difficult to listen to you bcs there is so much of air voice coming from ur side either you are sitting in front of a fan or travelling so pls take a pause for minute or two and listen to me but what she did is literally shocked me, she mumble something bad words about me, abused me over a call,stating "गवार लोग, अनपढ़, पता नही कहा से आ जाते है सुबह सुबह दिमाग खाने, ". I can't mention abusive words here as it's really bad. It's her bad luck that I had good hearing capacity. So pls @jio try to retrain ur customer service agent properly and ask them to talk to customers properly and without using abusive words

It's worst experience ever first thing on my ordered section I am not able to check the details and then I tried to calling on customer care number and their pick the call after 5 minutes even the associate the talking like they are a boat they did not resolved my issue and it was a prepaid amount and they are not helpful at all they just told me that there is a system issue and they are not able to see anything and they did not even try to help it out and they just connected the call

WEBSITE CUSTOMER CARE & PRODUCTS ARE BAD
ITS A HORRRIBLE WEBSITE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Their customer care is horrible and firstly every product I have got from there was either wrong (beauty product) or rotten (frozen item). When that happens the customer care keeps making you go round and round in circles. On top of that the orders I made, are showing as if they didn't exist. The chatbox agent didn't log out of the chatbox and due to that the bank details I posted on that for refund, did not reach the back end team and they closed my ticket. THERE IS NO COORDINATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS AND I THINK THEY DO THIS DELIBERATELY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT INTEND TO GIVE REFUND FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT THEY SENT.

If a ZERO was possible, I would have given a BIG ZERO. Ordered items like Milk @9 AM in the morning under quick delivery and asked to wait till 9 PM in the night - what a joke? Indefinite delivery delays and no accountability, cancelling order does not work and even the support staff says they don't have access to cancel it. So, if the delivery is not made and you can't cancel the order and you don't get any ETA's, as a customer what are you supposed to do?

Bought AC with free installation. In peak summer delivery delayed twice. Installation couldn't happen even after two weeks. Raised a complaint and waited for more than a week and still no resolution provided. Pathetic customer service they just disconnect the calls. This is why foriegn brands build more trust.

Pathetic website and app ever I seen, I was ordered milk, that was i received Rs.150 at wallet after expencing almost full day. Which I was paid by credit card, now need to make expence, I ordered grapes which i expected in same day delivery but it was showing after 2 days delivery. I have ordered one Samsung AC, suppossed to be delivered by 22nd Apr 2026.
When i reported on 22nd Apr 2026 around 7:45 PM, customer care team asking me to wait till 12 in night.
There is no status update in portal.
23rd Apr, i raised complain and started following up since morning. The customer support team dont have single clue whats the status of order, whats ETA, where is product, nothing. They are simply saying same line again and again " Wait till delivery, we will report to backend team". They dont know how to talk, no information, nothing.
I am never gonna order from JioMart and suggest same to everyone.
