One of the worst customer support team

One of the worst customer support team. No information you get from their representatives. Orders are being late still they didn't know the exact status of order. Every time you call their customer representative only answer you get is to wait.

I have ordered Zebronic Laptop Stand


I have ordered Zebronic Laptop Stand, Black, A218-NS1000 and I have received a broken product, now they are investigating and I have to wait for 5 days for refund/exchange. Complete vague and fraud service..
Never ever buy a single item from Jio Mart.. just fooling people by sending damaged material and not refunding or exchanging that product

Very poor product

Very poor product. They sent non functional product after many days of order. Then return process is too difficult and lengthy. Customer service is lost. Very painful experience with Jiomart product, team and services. Never recommenable.

Shopping with Jiomart is painful, costing you time, patience with delivery disasters. It's a game of Refunds & Reorders”

Shopping with Jiomart is a painful experience. You may get lucrative discounts, but the real challenge begins after you've placed the order. There’s no guarantee that the product for which you've even made the payment, will reach you on time, more worse is that it will even reach you at all. After waiting for more than a week, you may suddenly be informed that the order has been “returned”. Now if you really require the product still, you've to reorder the product. This means another cycle of waiting for 7–8 days, and tracking the refund for the previous order is another added task. The entire process of a convenient shopping experience turns out into a frustrating test of patience.

1 star is too much

1 star is too much. There must be a no start policy too. I ordered the gus didn't deliver anything showed it as delivered it's been week since that happened but no refund nothing worst service Swiggy is better than you atleast those guys take responsibility

Useless organisation, Poor customer experience, damaged products

Useless organisation. They do not have products in stock , yet take money from buyers and then do not deliver. Refind happens after many days. Poor packaging. All things are dumped inside one plastic bag - frozen, dry milk , vegetables . No separate freezer box, nothing. All items are being received in damaged condition .bto get a refund is extremely painful and time consuming. AVOID JIOMART at all costs

I have placed and ordered and paid the…

I have placed an ordered and paid the amount through upi and after paying the order was not shown in the order section and the amount is deducted. While to try to contact customer service even waiting for 10 minutes in hold there was no connection to talk with customer service.worst response . never ever order again

Every time when I booked the order the…

Every time when I booked the order the product will be missing in package and if I called they will not resolve any problem …they always keep asking upload the image 2-4 every time you called even after uploaded and they will close without solving it by asking again 3-4 images …this is worst don’t book in jio mart better use d mart

I ordered some products from jiomart…

I ordered some products from jiomart but some items are missing even the sales person taking full order payment now when I called to the helpline they ignored my calls. this is the way to talk or ignore your customer I will share this review in every social media platform
The jiomart is thieves and they rob the customers payment and groceries

Best experience

As a first time user, i didn't know or expect them to deliver my orders at light speed !!! 😮 They called me as soon as I placed my order and reached within 30 minutes. And both of them were so well mannered that I was lost in words😩 Looking forward to shop every little bit of my needs from Jiomart from today onwards❤️
