One of the worst customer support team
One of the worst customer support team. No information you get from their representatives. Orders are being late still they didn't know the exact status of order. Every time you call their customer representative only answer you get is to wait.

Jiomart delivery person did not deliver the order but the app shows as delivered. I complained thrice and got a call after a week and the money has been credited to my jiomart wallet.

Shopping with Jiomart is a painful experience. You may get lucrative discounts, but the real challenge begins after you've placed the order. There’s no guarantee that the product for which you've even made the payment, will reach you on time, more worse is that it will even reach you at all. After waiting for more than a week, you may suddenly be informed that the order has been “returned”. Now if you really require the product still, you've to reorder the product. This means another cycle of waiting for 7–8 days, and tracking the refund for the previous order is another added task. The entire process of a convenient shopping experience turns out into a frustrating test of patience.

1 star is too much. There must be a no start policy too. I ordered the gus didn't deliver anything showed it as delivered it's been week since that happened but no refund nothing worst service Swiggy is better than you atleast those guys take responsibility

Useless organisation. They do not have products in stock , yet take money from buyers and then do not deliver. Refind happens after many days. Poor packaging. All things are dumped inside one plastic bag - frozen, dry milk , vegetables . No separate freezer box, nothing. All items are being received in damaged condition .bto get a refund is extremely painful and time consuming. AVOID JIOMART at all costs

As a first time user, i didn't know or expect them to deliver my orders at light speed !!! 😮 They called me as soon as I placed my order and reached within 30 minutes.
