Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Just back from another excellent holiday booked through Joe biggs.
Came across joe biggs a few years ago and have been booking through him ever since. Think 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always beats others in price. When you book with Joe and have your passport details logged in, Joe does the rest. Check-in, free seats together and any other documents that you need,
Always there if you need him and adds the personal touch by contacting regularly to make sure you have everything sorted for your holiday.
Even when I was on holiday I got a message to check all was going good.
Thanks Joe and team for the amazing service you provide.
Keep up the good work and will hopefully be in touch soon to book another holiday.

First time using a personal holiday advisor
We used Joe for the first time for our first family holiday for the 3 of us. From the first messaged he was very efficient and easy to communicate with. I give him everything I wanted for my holiday and he came back with choices that we could choose from. Any small detail that needed changing was there and it made booking a holiday so much easier and took a lot of stress off me. From the minutes booked with him until we got home he was always on hand and send us informative emails all the time, reminding us what we have to do.
I would 100 percent recommend Joe and would defiantly book another holiday in then future through him.

Always able to beat the price and the whole process was effortless, with messages exchanged and holiday booked through WhatsApp. Even when holiday documents weren't available, a quick message to Joe and all documents available a matter of minutes later. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Third time booked with Joe and team and honestly they just get better and better. This time the team checked in for us taking all the stress out of the last minute admin.

Just got back from kefalonia
Just got back from kefalonia, I didn't know where to go this time , unusual for me . I saw Joe's page on fb and contacted his team , well from start to finish there amazing ,I wanted 5 nights good flight times go out on a Tuesday come home Sunday, joe and his team got exactly what I wanted eventually. His process from start to finish was 5 stars .everything was easy for me to do . There was nothing joe and his team could have done more . I will definitely be booking with these again , not november as thats already booked, but definitely for march.

They make it so easy!
Came across Joe Biggs by chance. Was looking for a holiday and someone on a FB page said they booked through them and it was worth giving them a go. We did. We saved money, the communications are so much easier than having to phone a helpline number. I messaged them on a Sunday with a query not expecting a reply that day they got back to me within 30 mins. I honestly felt like if anything had been wrong with the holiday or flight they would be straight on to it. We paid for a side sea view but they managed to get us a free upgrade to a superior room with an absolutely amazing view. We've already booked our holiday next year through them. Would 100% recommend.

I haven’t spoken to any of the team directly.
I just saw Joe Biggs mentioned on a jet2 page on facebook. So i decided to have a look on his website to compare prices. I managed to get my holiday £60 cheaper with Joe Biggs instead of Jet2. Booking was extremely easy and I will use again in future.
