Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Just had another wonderful holiday to Agadir Morroco and of course booked through Joe Biggs and his team. Lost count now on how many holidays I’ve booked with Joe, maybe into the 20’s now. From city breaks, holidays and cruises. I know I can trust him fully with my requirements and always there if we run into any problems. Joe Biggs is by far the best Personal…
Joe Biggs is by far the best Personal Holiday Advisor out there. He goes above and beyond from start to finish with your booking. He beats any quote that you may have received from other reputable companies and keeps it personal all the way. Including on-line checking in, he even does that for you too. (Including reserving seats on the aircraft sometimes without further charge it can be yet another incentive to book with him) and he forwards your boarding passes to save you the hassle.
The whole stress of admin is dealt with by himself, Olivia or Becka. On my most recent holiday booked through him there was even a very welcome bottle of bubbly and two champagne glasses to welcome me in my room. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you have any questions or queries you can message him by WhatsApp and he will reply promptly. Also if you recommend him to friends or family and they book with him he gives you a thank discount on your own holiday. I would highly recommend using him and his team for your next holiday. I will certainly be using him for all of my future ones. My family are now hooked too. Go for it. It’s a win win for you.

Excellent service from Joe Biggs — highly recommended
I have used Joe Biggs for multiple holiday bookings now, and the service has been excellent every time.
Joe is prompt, helpful and patient throughout the booking process. He takes the time to provide clear options, flight details, alternative dates, hotel information and transfer arrangements, and nothing ever feels too much trouble.
What stands out most is how responsive and thorough he is. Even when we have asked for changes, different dates or extra clarification before confirming, Joe has always been professional, straightforward and reassuring.
It is a really personal service, backed by Hays Travel, and much better than dealing with a faceless call centre. I would happily recommend Joe to anyone looking to book a holiday and will definitely continue using him for future trips.

We booked our Jet2 holiday to Gran Canaria through joebiggspha.com and honestly couldn't be happier with how it all went. Booking was really straightforward, communication was spot on, and everything was explained clearly from the start. Anytime we had a question, we got a quick reply, and the team even sorted our online check-in and sent over our boarding passes, which took all the hassle out of it. We had a fantastic holiday and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. It was really nice dealing with a company that offers such a friendly, personal service and looks after all the little details for you.
We'd happily book with them again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
