Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. This company has absolutely no customer service.
If your enquiring about a holiday and it's taking them some time to find you the perfect holiday for you situation, they will tell you your via WhatsApp that your wasting their time and not a genuine customer. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and clearly don't care about their customers or their potential future customers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE TIMEWASTERS.

From the outset, this was not a genuine enquiry. Throughout the process, your communication was rude and inappropriate, and it became clear — based on documentation you later provided — that you were attempting to have us price beat a holiday that had already been booked months earlier, despite this not being disclosed and having us do hours of work prior.
As an independent travel advisor, we invest significant time and effort into every enquiry and rely on honesty and transparency to deliver the level of service we’re known for. Unfortunately, on this occasion, that was not the case.
We will always prioritise genuine customers who are actively looking to book, and we make no apology for that.
We do not accept abusive, rude or time-wasting behaviour, and we will withdraw our service where necessary. As a result, we will not be offering any future service, and relevant colleagues have been made aware of this situation.
Our 5★ reviews reflect the consistent level of service we provide — this situation is not representative of that.

Dunes 'Dor hotel Agadir
From start to finish, as soon as I contacted the Joe Biggs team , and I explained what I would like, the job was taken out of my hands and all I had to do was answer questions on what experience, any needs and requirements. My 1st holiday this year started in Agadir, Morocco, the hotel was situated with a view overlooking the Atlantic ocean, and that was only the start, the fight times were great transfers on time and the people were genuinely warm and friendly. The food we couldn't fault, the staff were helpful and friendly, all in all with the help of the JB travel team, I/we had a brilliant time, thanks to all of you!

California Dreaming
The package Joe put together for us was bespoke to our needs. The hotels and areas he chose for us were very good. In particular the hotels he chose for us in Hollywood and San Diego.
The two trips Joe put together with the trip were excellent.
He kept in touch with us throughout our trip and the lovely touch of welcoming note on arrival.
We would definitely book with Joe again.

Wouldn't use anyone else to book through 😄
Can't fault Joe and his team at all. From initially booking right through to us coming home. Always book with Joe now as it's quick easy and stress free. We always get a good price as we know what we want and Joe always beats the price we give him.
We have had 6 holidays booked with Joe this year and he has beaten the online price on them all.
Always a welcome when we arrive at the hotel and a follow up email when we arrive home.
He also checks us in for our flights aswell which makes everything stress free.
Highly recommend Joe and his team 😄

Joe and his team booked a lovely holiday for us at the Vinci selection la plantacion in Tenerife. Flights and private transfers were excellent and the hotel was outstanding. Lovely and quiet, the food was of a very high quality, we would reccomend the 1/2 board package. The breakfast was an event on its own. Everything imaginable was available, we didn’t need to eat again till Tea time. We used the onsite restaurants also which were very nice. Staff were excellent. Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

On the whole it was a great holiday
On the whole it was a great holiday. Great hotel, good food and nice people! However we spent more time in the coach than on air! EasyJet transfer wasn’t exclusively for our flight. They waited over an hour for other flights to arrive from Liverpool and Luton I think. We knew that the distance to Mahadia was 83k and it would take around 90 minutes. But we were in the coach for just under 4 hours and arrived in the hotel around 12:20am. Otherwise it was a fab holiday!!!

Another Jet2 holiday booked through Joe and his team. About 4 weeks before departure my friend was hospitalised and told she couldn't fly. I let Joe know and he gave me options (cancel, change passenger, etc). Change of passenger completed easily.

Been twice booking through Joe and the team. With 2 more booked this year. Every time I find a bargain on a branded holiday app. I challenge Joe to beat it. He has every time and/or gets seats together. They book your seat, Had a lovely letter and bottle of fizz on the last holiday a few weeks ago. Brilliant service you can pay outright or pay monthly. Joe goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. Communication 10/10
I can’t speak highly enough of Joe and his team, I’ve booked 4/5 holidays with Joe and it’s just so easy, always beats the prices I’ve been given, communication is 10/10 , Joe goes above and beyond, booked my ski holiday for 8 people at 11pm and Joe sorted everything, lift passes, equipment hire, ski carriage, he finished after midnight, il never book with anyone else, Joe, your an absolute star⭐️even checked us all in and sent the boarding passes to me
