Oliver came to our rescue 1 yr ago, to guide us through a biodiversity plan and an ecology layout plan when we and four neighbours purchased some farmland and required to change it for garden use. We have been met with many obstacles and Oliver has been superb throughout, has gone over and beyond to help us get our application approved by Planning. We can’t recommend him highly enoug due to his knowledge of processes and biodiversity. Thankyou to Joes Blooms for your always very prompt and helpful service. We can now start planting and designing our new gardens!

I had a fantastic experience working with this company on my Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) requirements. I was really pleased to find that this is a family-run business. It made the whole experience feel much more personal, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Shelly was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, always happy to answer questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We spoke on the phone several times, and her guidance helped me understand the BNG process much better and complete the report with confidence.

Hard to use, slow, no easy delete button, cluttered screen , poor instructions , very hard to amend
payment requirement deceptive - not told you have a choice not to pay , felt tricked . Poor detail, do all the work yourself , basic report, poor graphics

Having found the council online planning application process a complete minefield, Joe's Blooms recognised that I was clearly having trouble and called to offer assistance. I can wholeheartedly recommend Joe's blooms. It takes you through a complicated and technical area in a straightforward way with plenty of guidance. The software works efficiently and the after service from Oliver is quick and responsive. I would say that using Joe's Blooms should maximise the prospects of getting approval for the eco/bio aspects of a planning application.

Quick response to initial query, and a short zoom call to discuss the process.

Then an in depth Zoom later the same week, producing the report and assisting with LA form completion.

As a planning consultancy, we have used Joe's Blooms on a number of occasions on a variety of projects requiring BNG. They are helpful, super responsive and keen to solve problems if they come up. They help take the stress out of BNG. Cannot recommend highly enough.
