The biometric matrix now required for planning is new to us and it would also seem to be new to the planners. Oliver's assistance in using, updating the matrix and giving us the information to close off the planners queries has proved invaluable.

A helpful experience
With the introduction of the new BNG requirements for planning applications, it was a lifeline discovering Joe's Blooms website.
The online experience was easy with helpful steps along the way and the results arrived in my inbox within minutes.
We’ve now made use of the tool on a number of planning applications and can happily report that our experience has met with no difficulties along the way.
We feel that we've found a friend in Joe's Blooms who will guide us through future BNG. We highly recommend this service.

Excellent service
Oliver has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So as to provide me with the assistance as the first time user of their services, we had a couple of zoom meetings where he explained everything in great detail.
The user interface is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I will certainly use Joe's Blooms services again.

The team at Joes Blooms are very helpful and know the BNG area very well!! I was unsure whether to use them, but they explained everything and too the leap, very happy with the experience and help given by the team.
And look forward to using them again for future projects!
