The cp 770 is a disaster. Yes it can pick a lot of cotton when working properly but otherwise it is an absolute piece of junk. We have four of this model and two are randomly (daily) jamming the baler when it tries to feed cotton into the baler while it is trying to wrap a bale. This results in a broken bale that has to be manually picked up and I can tell you everyone is sick of doing that and also it often breaks some of the ridiculously expensive baler belts. $8 to $10000 in one episode is common. Rdo has no fix for this issue. John Deere used to stand by its product but not anymore.
It’s been 7 weeks when my new 1025r got flooded in the terrible floods of eastern Kentucky that taken the lives of 37 people and I’ve did everything they wanted me to do . Take pictures wasn’t good enough so sent out someone else. They even said it’s destroying sitting in the flood for 2 days and will not help me. Treat me like I’m stupid. People got washed away losing everything they had. I couldn’t get to my tractor because the flood was 10 foot deep every where . Taking every home in my community. But they guess wanted spot my life in danger to get.a picture while it was under water. Sad that people don’t care about people that buy their products. I guess it’s profit over someone’s life. Sad that people with John Deere this way of all the people of Kentucky. So dad

Green Ore Somerset tried to return a drive belt brought 2 weeks earlier and was told it was my fault i fitted it wrong used it for 2 hours and it broke, i payed £51.05p for it, very poor customer service would not purchase anything else from them or advise anyone else to very rude staff
You can't trust John Deere in Mcdough Ga they said it was a motor replacement and all it was a simple valve adjustment and I call corporate and got hold of the district manager and they told me if I brought it back they would do a service at no charge but when I called them they said they would knock sixty dollars off so stay away
Bought tractor ride on toy for my son and it came with the trailer broken and when trying to deal with customer support to receive a new trailer piece they were horrible, rude and yelled at me. Never will buy from the John Deere online shop again and recommend no one else does either.
I bought a John Deere D140 for my house in Sonoma County 3 years ago. One of the two small 1 1/4" x 3" steel seat springs broke & local store in Santa Rosa had to order it. They could not direct shop it to my address (without charging more) so I had to make another trip to pick it up. The charge for this spring, $48.00! I would imagine if you individually purchased the parts for this mower it would cost well over $50,000. Why does John Deere punish is customers by gouging them? Inflation, brought to you by John Deere. Not the American way!
I have a JD L120 lawn tractor with only 240 hours. I use it mainly to mow lawn and occasionally to pull loads with a lawn cart. Now the transaxle is going bad. I realize this is an older unit but it has very low hours. Nowhere did it say in the manual not to pull heavy loads with it. Very disappointed.
The John deere shop lied to me. I added items to my cart and the items in my cart were free. I called to make sure it was legit. They said there was a hiccup in their system. They thank me for bringing it to their attention and would my items for free as a thanks. I paid with a credit card and I got charge for everything. Nothing was for free. I file a complaint and contacted my credit card company. My JD X350 commercial riding lawn mower is a piece of junk. It bogs out with thick grass. What happens is the grass sticks to the deck slowing the blades down because it doesnt have horse power and rpms POS. I should have bought Bad Boy Zero turn and paid for it cheaper.
JD 1026R 1,000 hours bought new. Circlip of rear lift arms shaft cam off leading to lift arm failure - escaped without injury luckily. On investigation it could be seen that the clip was merely inserted into a vague indentation in the spline, it was always going to fail. The the mower deck gear box failed ( a no maintainable part apparently) on dismantling it became apparent that the locking nut on the pto spline that held the thrust bearing in place had nothing to stop it coming loose. Their pictures show a tabbed washer, non was present. Managed to get new bearings, make anew top cover, reset teeth but could not get a 27mm tabbed washer, there is no such thing it is either 26 or 28mm. Has to make my own and now operational gain but fear only temporary as badly damaged. Then pot shaft / yoke to the mover deck flew apart, the yoke snapped resulting is the cross bearing flying off at great speed. Despite many of the grease points being very well hidden and almost impossible to get at they had been regularly greased! JD sell virtually every part of the PTO save for tis yoke so you have to buy a new shaft at £500+ for a silly bit of weak metal work, can get one for a 400hp tractor for less! There website shows that you can buy a complete shaft but for a permanent fit for £140 or so but they will not sell this to the UK. Only available if you are American. Half of this shaft is £280+ Are they taking the michael or what, seems this machine is designed to fail as soon as out of warranty and to fail dangerously. This on top of the non sensical and rip off spare parts lists makes them a company to avoid. Pity as a friend has just about to spend / considering spending some £2.5M some on new JD tractors for his estate. Then try and contact them in the UK, impossible to find an email or telephone number, on the website - a legal requirement, and their contact form only allows you to enter about a single sentence. Wake up JD if I could have spoken to you I would not need to have made your appalling service and dangerous machine public knowledge!
Nur zwei Wochen Rückgabe Garantie und dazu noch das Zentrum in den Niederlanden und die Versandkosten für den Rückversand muss man noch selber übernehmen. Getoppt wird das noch von der flasch angegebenen Rücksendeadersse, womit ich dann noch auf den 18 Euro Rücksendekosten sitzen geblieben bin. Um den ganzen noch den Hut aufzusetzen, ist die angegebene Hotline Nummer ungültig. Da können Sie sich mal eine Scheibe von Agco Konzern abschneiden.

Great american brand for real american s, that's why it really doesn't matter to anyone who plan to do some bad things, it really gives me a flavour of that bad as* america which were created somehow lately for whatever reason. I do want it.
Lifelong users of John deere products, we've also recently purchased a kids version of the Ground Force. We were delighted to discover that these can be taken for warranty service to JD dealerships! Great bonus!
I figured I'm here so I might as well leave another review. John Deere has always been excellent to me. Customer service, product, everything. No reservations at all.
I purchased a new model 305R from "Doubleday" (Lincolnshire) in 2016, within 4 months 5 of the pulleys on the cutting deck failed, each of these units are a sealed unit so cannot be greased. Doubleday replaced the pulleys FOC, in the 12 months that I have had the mower they have replaced the pulleys every 4 months all FOC, and have given me an assurance that they will continue to keep replacing these for the life of the mower all FOC, my other complaint is that there is no fuel gauge so it's not possible to tell the amount of fuel in reserve. Regarding Doubleday their service is second to none, I cannot fault this company.
