The service doesn't improve with time.
Two and a half years on wed thought it was time for a dealer service. We paid for the transport and asked that while they had the machine to give us a price as part of a purchase of a new machine. One month later we visit to find out progress. There is none except a huge quotation for parts that shouldn't be needed (new blades to replace some that are kust 2 months old and a full set of belt pulleys which IMHO should last the life of the machine as they are sealed bearings) The total quote s 1500 euro and then the dealer will offer 1500 euro in part exchange!! The simple service hasn't been done and the attitude is accept our quote it or go away. The unsolicited quote cost us money but we wanted the machine returned, so paid up.
We have gone away and won't be going back!. JD have a strangle hold on parts but as there is nothing wrong with the machine we'll struggle on and find an independant concessionaire when we need one!
