I can't say enough on how helpful she was and in today's world, that level of customer service is extremely hard to find. I have been very pleased with your customer service in the past, but I feel like Grace deserves recognition for her exceptional service.

The item was very easy to order and it was shipped very quickly.

I received my item the next day. It was very nice and a good size. The only complaint I do have is the S/H was $12,00. I would have been happy to get it within a week or two. But I’m glad I purchased the item.

The JM designs are beautiful. I have been a loyal customer for years and continue to get so many compliments when I wear my JM pieces. Their quality is outstanding and their customer service is great.

I saw a piece on your website that I loved but was out of stock. I emailed to let me know when it became available again and got a quick response from Grace the she had a couple left. I quickly got online and ordered it. Whenever I have emailed for whatever reason I always get a quick reply! And I love all of you jewelry. I have most of all your rhodium pieces. I just purchased three pieces of your newest collection.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have ordered multiple pieces. However, this one did not suit me. I was abroad when it was delivered. The return policy of 5 day is unreasonable and clearly not an industry standard for a piece which costs $400. Don’t order anything from this maker. Shame really.

Diamanté collection is so close to the real stone. I am very pleased with the earrings, necklace and bracelet purchase. I would ask that extenders be created or longer length necklaces be created as well as a diamanté solitaire.

I loved the earrings! Matched perfectly to the other pieces I have.. My package came right on time..
