Extremely disappointing experience with Tickets.md. We lost half a day trying to explain a mistake that was made by their company, but none of the operators we spoke to were able to understand the problem or provide a proper solution.

Tickets.md made a mistake when booking our flights: instead of correcting a spelling error in the passenger’s surname, they purchased an additional ticket, resulting in three tickets being purchased instead of two. There was also an error in the details of the second passenger, who is a minor, which prevented us from completing the online check-in.

We had to contact Aegean Airlines ourselves and pay an additional €23 to correct a problem caused by Tickets.md. We spent a huge amount of time trying to resolve an issue that was not our fault.

What is even more frustrating is that Aegean Airlines will refund the cost of the extra ticket to the company’s account, while we are the ones who had to deal with the consequences and waste our time fixing their mistake.

Very poor customer service and absolutely no understanding or responsibility for the errors made. I am extremely disappointed.

I had an issue with my orders. I couldn't see them in my account, because when i made a booking, i misspelled my email address. But thanks to Anastasiia Volosianko, this problem was quickly solved and now i can manage my bookings in my account! Thank you for that!
