Bonnet est pour moi la meilleure appli de recharge EV. OK il peut y avoir qqs bugs mais dans ce cas le support est super réactif !

There was an issue at one of the charging points stating it was broken,however other users were using it and it was fully operational , after speaking with customer service they updated it within 5 mins , great customer service and I highly recommend this app to all e.v drivers

Had a problem registering a phone number, but due to the efforts of Kevin and quite a few emails back and forth, this was rectified. Excellent customer service.

Sadly what was a great idea has been soured by poor comms, customer service and removal of credit built up fairly. The concept is really good and I wanted to keep using Bonnet but can no longer trust a company that doesn’t keep its promises. Front line customer service is great but behind the scenes must be chaos - I guess in the end they offered more than they could afford and then decided the best approach was to let people down. Don’t build up too much credit in case it is randomly removed. Sad really as thought it would work.

The Bonnet App is well worth subscribing to. There are 2 levels of subscriptions, £2 a month gives you 10% off the normal charger rates, whilst £8 per month gives you 15% off the normal charger rates.
Although their helpline is via live chat via intercom, once you get past the intercom ‘filters’ to communicate with a live person, they are responsive, even on weekends. Thanks to Kevin today for his help.

Cherry is very fast and efficient if you contact them whilst having a problem, unfortunately bonnets prices have shot up and they can’t do good deals anymore, or at least for the time being

Cherry was very helpful. She responded to my email immediately, cancelled my account and refunded my last 2 months subscriptions as I had not used the service.

Mein gesamtes Guthaben wurde im Januar gelöscht, seitdem hample ich mit dem Support rum, der sich weigert die Kwh gutzuschreiben oder den entsprechenden Betrag in EUR. Unfassbar! Das Guthaben wurde über geworbene Neukunden generiert.

Nachtrag:
Ich wäre ja einverstanden, wenn das Guthaben wieder entsprechend gutgeschrieben wird. Aber alles abzuziehen für korrekt geworbene Mitglieder, die Umsatz gemacht haben, geht gar nicht!

Nachtrag 2:
Nachdem ich wirklich täglich mit Mails genervt habe, haben sie mir den Betrag in € wieder gutgeschrieben. Nur sind davon monatlich nur 9 EUR nutzbar und auch nur, wenn man den Boost für mind. 2 EUR kauft. Naja...
