Live support is excellent
Live support is excellent. I bought a refill but eventually I didn’t need it. I contacted live support and they just fixed the problem instantly. App can be improved a lot but they are working hard on it.

The App and Support just keeps getting better. Cherry and Kevin both really quickly helped resolve an issue this weekend. (even early on a Sunday morn 😁).

The ultimate vehicle charging app
As an electric car driver with no charging point at home this app is a life saver. I have over 15 different apps for charging from different providers. But this one app just does it for me as they have almost of the providers all combined. Great stuff. Keep up the amazing customer service. Thank you

Thank you Kevin for sorting me out in 20 mins. When things don't go to plan, panic sets in as you don't want to occupy an EV charging spot when you aren't charging. Kevin quickly took my chat and quickly identified the problem.
Sometimes an uninstall, and reinstall of the app will solve issues.

Great prices, great app, never had an issue.
Cherry helped me redeem an offer that failed to claim on my last charge, and quickly refunded the difference what I was owed back to my card so I didn’t lose out - thanks !!

Great Consumer support
Great Consumer support. Sadly I had to contact them twice because some charging station simply don't start or sometimes disconnect during a charging session.
Their customer service reps are super helpful and very polite.

No connection again
Once again the bonnet app doesn't connect to fast charging points, luckily I also have other apps, more expensive but reliable if I didn't I would be stuck with no charge.
Yes this bonnet app is cheaper but if it doesn't work there's no point

Cost effective KWh purchasing
This is a great way to advance purchase kwh. I have been with Bonnet for about 5 months and not only is it a very cost effective way to charge but I have found customer service to be excellent. I can highly recommend.
