found secret in google, very much impressed with the variety of deals, and really really supportive customer experience team. Well done, i am now waiting for two deals to be confirmed on the vendor side, but everything so far was very smooth, fast. Good luck Secret, you guys are amazing

Service is not very reasonable
Your service is good, but most of the apps I found don't directly benefit me for beginning a part of Joinsecret. Almost all services have startup programs for which we don't need to pay secret such a high amount.

Got the deal faster than anticipated
We had several queries as I had applied to AWS activate in past as founder but the request didn't go through. JoinSecret team helped clear all doubts and after applying to AWS activate via their provider ID I got the deal within a week's time.

Don’t keep it a secret - tell everyone!
I’ve been getting my new app ready to launch and came across Secret last year.
We signed up last week, and we’ve already connected with a number of services at a massive discount.
Customer service has been great (thanks Mary!).
It’s going to make a material difference to getting the business off the ground, without having to give up shares to an incubator for SaaS credits.

Good, could be improved.
You've improved on responding your customers communication. You really did well. However, I've been receiving the wrong codes, even after addressing it via email. Overall, I was shocked at the jump in prices, I have a tight budget, which is a huge bummer. Just being honest.

We have saved more than $10k with offers they provided. Join Secret is really great platform for startup. AWS, SendGrid, Twilio, Digital Ocean and few other we applied for and received credits for the same. It has great potential.

If you have a business and you want to know good software and enjoy it at a better price, it is a great "secret" to use this platform. I log in from time to time in the hope of seeing new offers. They have some really amazing ones for Notion, Airtable, Google... with which the investment is more than amortized.
