Highly recommend
Highly recommend - very responsive and helpful customer service even when they have to tell you you don't qualify for a deal (but will also helpfully advocate for you with their providers). I have now added several subscriptions for my business because of Secret - reducing the costs of considering new software.

I love the availability
I love the availability, but the search needs work when you're not a 'pro' already. I know, e.g. simplified note-taking apps are available because I've found them separately. But, I can't put that in the search and find what I need... I need to know first! The same for other things. The site doesn't work from more of a beginner, novice or outsider of tech who wants to find an app that works and will commit to using that... it presumes everyone uses exactly the same language and knows where to find things. But if they did, the search would be obsolete.

Gute Plattform mit guten Rabatten
Gute Plattform, aber bei den Rabatten gibt es manchmal Unklarheiten oder die Rabatte müssen nochmal separat angefragt werden. Zudem gelten manchen Rabatte nur für bestimmte Tarife, die kleine Startups am Anfang nicht immer direkt benötigen.
