Booked 3 holidays so far and have to say the personal treatment the changes that we've needed to make have been no issues at all. Although the holiday experience itself cannot be down to John they have also been fab and even when we've had questions while we've been away he's been there. He is thorough, prompt, professional and polite when dealing with any enquiry and responds in a timely manner. He provides a good range of accommodations and pricing and the holidays we have chosen and booked through him, have not disappointed.
