Resolution

I wrote an earlier review regarding my experience with the fragrance Jo Loves/Flower Shop and their customer service agents . To add to my earlier review, I'd like to add the following message.
I just received an email from one of the staff at Jo Loves, who very kindly offered to replace my current purchase with another fragrance. I am pleased with this offer as I really do not wish to be difficult. I think the offer to replace with another fragrance is the proper thing to do and it is acceptable to me. Hope this helps.

Jo Loves - I Love

After waiting for my favourite amber lime and bergamot to come back in stock I snapped it up as soon as I could! Soooo glad I did. I used standard delivery on a Thursday night and it arrived Saturday morning. I got a mango Thai lime sample and pink one which were gorgeous. Thank you Jo Loves ❤️

SPAM EMAIL

I started getting spam email from this company pretty much every day for the past few weeks. I have never used them and don't know where they got my email address from but any company acting like this is suspect in my book.

UPDATE. In reply to your reply, I wrote to you earlier this week asking where you got my email address from and also to remove all of my details from your database. As yet I still have not received a reply, your lax attitude to data protection is worrying. You have no right to hold my data, I have no association with you.

UPDATE2. I emailed you to get this fixed, you should be reading all emails and resolving them as necessary. You shouldn't need me to send an email address through this forum. When you reply to my original email I will update this thread to let you know it has been fixed.

Update 3. I already sent an email to that address and received an automated response so I know you have it.

Dont waste you hard earned cash

Packaging beautiful, actual diffuser beautiful….the diffuser scent (fig trees) utter disgrace, cannot smell a thing!! Im a lover of the candles however this is on another level and not in a good way, you cannot smell a thing. I contacted customer services who asked me to return the item and they will send to their ‘lab’ to test the strength of the scent, the fact the ‘scent’ is in the actual diffuser makes it pretty difficult to return it, lesson learned I will never purchase this again, this wasn't cheap it costs £90 and that is a lot of money to waste, you would be better off getting a diffuser scent from poundland……so blooming disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

So disappointing

Sadly thought I’d try out Jo loves as I’m a fan of Jo Malone perfumes. What a mistake I was tempted by the welcome gift which was advertised on Social Media and duly placed an order using the link. On receipt of my order I was disappointed to find my promised free gift wasn’t included I phoned their helpline straightaway and was assured that it could be rectified if I just explained via email. I was very surprised to receive a reply asking for a code and saying that may get my free sample if I placed another order they even goaded me with a much better promotion which I can’t use as I’m not now a new customer . Just beware of ordering under the impression that you will receive honest and good service. It’s not a surprise that they have so many poor reviews wish I’d read them before I placed my order

Great products and customer service

I bought the advent calendar for my wife and it had no voucher for a perfume in it. I emailed Jo Loves and a very helpful chap called Patrick emailed me the day after Boxing Day with an apology and I was able to choose the fragrance my wife wanted. I also have a bottle of perfume with a broken spray. Again Patrick organised a replacement immediately and allowed me to keep the faulty bottle saying I could try another Jo Loves spray head on it. The customer service was amazing, so polite and helpful and all of the scents are amazing. Ignore the naysayers! Thank you Patrick and thank you Jo!

Gorgeous

I’ve ordered a couple of times now. Delivery was extremely quick and the products are wonderful. I chose two samples at checkout and was excited to see I also got an extra sample of the new fragrance too. In love with my new products . They all smell amazing and I will buy more when I can make the difficult decision on which one to choose :)

I am a long term loyal customer who was…

I am a long term loyal customer who was recently sent the wrong item after about 5 days of emails and text back and forth they told me to re package and I waited in until almost 5pm for a driver to pick it up. They sent me the item almost a week after I ordered it. I would have expected a £5 voucher or something for my inconvenience. When I emailed me my dissatisfaction they sent me a sarcastic email say they don’t do vouchers. I will NOT shop with them again too expensive for poor customer service

Annoyingly clunky website that is very…

Annoyingly clunky website that is very difficult to navigate. Poor value for money, very expensive and the fragrances have little lasting power. In addition, they seem to regularly run out of stock for particular items.
If advise people to avoid this company.

Appalling company values

I ordered an advert calendar in 2022. One of the ‘fragrance paintbrushes’ was completely empty, no product in it at all and the Red Truffle 21 paintbrush had gone off, it smelt of stale cigarettes!! I emailed them 3 times for replacements but never had a response - appalling customer service, do not buy from this rip off company who supply empty products and pass off old stock to customers. Reading other reviews ‘Jo Malone’ clearly has no regard for its customers

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to highlight the excellent interaction I had with Georgia from Jo Loves this week. In a world of automated customer service replies and big company lack of care, I received generous and kind service and am thrilled to have found such bright, loving people in business. Thank you Georgia and thank you Jo Loves. I am new customer. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re awesome.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service from Georgia at the Jo Loves Customer Service Team. There was an issue with my order at checkout and Georgia went out of her way to help me and correct this, to ensure I received everything correctly and as intended! Many thanks and very much appreciated.

Tried to use more than one voucher…

Tried to use more than one voucher online. Guess what not allowed, nowhere on website does it say this. Gutting that hadgifts bought by relatives. Answer was they couldbe merged... Asked if they were to be merged could i use the rest on another purchase... No answer. Poor show from Joloves. Also as much as i love fragrances disappointed with this. May go back to your original or go back to oldies such as chanel, tom ford etc. Sad times

Seamless service. Scent remains all day

Live chatted with Georgia as had a query about fragrance choice as not able to get in to the store.Extremely quick response, knowledgeable and helpful. Went with the Pomelo and her advice on the 2 free samples (perfect for hand luggage size) All arrived within 48 hours. Delighted. Think previous older reviews have been acted upon as my experience was seamless. Thank you Jo ❤️

Useless website - awful online experience

Products have original scents and not too pricey for niche parfumerie, the online shopping experience is absolutely terrible. The website keeps crashing and gives you a stream of errors, so it’s a mission to complete any purchase. I’ve even had money taken of my PayPal and the order subsequently cancelled by JoLoves because of their failing website.
