In April I placed an order,but didn't get a notice that it was sent until June.I requested to cancel,but they sent it anyway.I didn't need or want it any longer,so i refused the packages,but since the customs notice on the bag,said "watering can" and I knew I hadn't ordered that,I opened the bag,and it was NOT what I ordered at all,so I refused the packages,with DHL,and they returned it,to sender like they said I could do.It was sent from Singapore,and sent right back to the originating location, Singapore.I got info that it was received and signed for,etc.,since i was having Paypal help me with this,i gave them all the info.Already 3 months had passed.Paypal wasn't on my side AT ALL.They knew it was sent back,but closed my case,since Joopzy said it should have been sent to another address,in EUROPE,Georgia,that's between Russia,and Thailand.So I apparently goofed up,so no refund for me.The address that Joopzy said I should have used,I googled,and it's a property that's registered with Booking.com...a rental property !!! Therefore,that has nothing to do with deliveries.Paypal bought it,so now too bad for me !!! I have contacted my CC company,and hopefully they'll have more sense.This is robbery,and PAYPAL is ok with it.Trust me beware !!

Wrote an email to them with no reply whatsoever.
All the buttons say click here for refund and none of them are clickable.
Also the shipping number is a fake website.
Guys they are laughing all the way to the bank with our hard earned money!
Sadly I paid directly with my credit card.

I placed 2 orders from JOOPZY and after fighting with them for three months I filed a case with PayPal and they ended up giving me a refund on both items. So if ur willing to wait 3 months just to get ur money back then go for. I am also turning them into the BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JOOPZY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I am disappointed that PayPal is still allowing this fake company to use them to scam American customers!

I ordered an item on the June 11 2020 and it's been 4 weeks but I still haven't receive my order yet.

We order an item from Joopzy back on April 23,2020. I paid through PayPal and will be contacting them. I sent several emails to Joopzy but no response. Well the product was finally delivery today June 17, 2020 to Round Rock TX. We live in OH 😡

I never received my order. I emailed Joopzy several times and never received a response. Luckily I paid through PayPal. I requested a refund through PayPal and Joopzy responded stating that my order had been delivered the prior day. When I asked for delivery confirmation they responded and said that it was delivered to someone else. The tracking number they gave me was not valid through UPS, USPS, of FedEx. They finally agreed to refund me (all through the paypal system) but never actually refunded me. I had to escalate the issue with PayPal and am currently waiting for them to get the issue resolved. This is a scam company. Do not order from them!!

I will never purchase anything from Joopzy. They charged me for my order on April 8, 2020 and then said they shipped it on May 5, 2020. I never received the product and there are no updates with the tracking. I have emailed them three times and they do not respond.

Ordered amicroscope camera in April and never received. It is now June. 30 bucks waisted. Can't get ahold of anyone at Joopzy. Tracking number ends in Shenzhen China. Looks very fake. Don't use this company I know I'll never again. They get your money and you get nothing.
Update: june22. I received the item after contacting mc to rescind my payment
To PayPal. Never heard from PayPal before this and never heard anything from Joopzy

I placed an order on May 1, 2020. As of June 8, 2020, I have not received my item. I used every means to investigate and resolve this issue including placing phone calls and letters to customer support. Joopzy gives the customer useless tracking (AirShip) information from China. Joopzy's own link from my order page says as of June 8 that the order is "still in process". Huh? My request for a refund has been met with silence as well as a response from a PayPal escalation query. A May 13th response from Joopzy said that the product is well on its way. It seems the word "well" is meant as my money went down the well!
Update: The product was received on June 19th in terrible broken condition with contents also missing and broken. I sent pictures and letters to Joopzy and they are refusing to answer and refund my money. I wish I could post the pictures here. You would be shocked!

I do not even think they deserve a single star. My order from 28 January 2020 never arrived & written to them 3 times without even a single reply. I definitely will not purchase anything from Joopzy if I've had read the reviews beforehand. It seem like I am not alone after going through all the recent bad reviews!

If you do not wish to end up like us, please do not purchase anything from them!

Do not order from these people!! I ordered an embroidery kit to be able to embroider while being quarantined and it is almost been two months and it hasn't even hit the USA yet! RIP OFF!!!!

These guys suck major balls, I ordered a pair of shorts 3 months ago and still havent arrived. They dont answer any emails DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

-1 Star would be the more appropriate rating. Ordered some articles, never arrived. Several emails never being answered. DON'T SHOP WITH THESE GUYS !!!

Haven't received this order. Wondering if company is fake. Very bad customer service. They should be removed.

Ive been trying to get in contact with support, to follow up on an order. But I have not had an answer. What a bad service.

Had onlangs een bestelling geplaatst op de site Joopzy. Vooropgestelde levertermijn was 3 à 4 dagen. Mijn bestelling is uiteindelijk toegekomen met 40 dagen vertraging.
Omdat ik na 1 week niets gehoord had van Joopzy heb ik nog geprobeerd om de bestelling te annuleren. Dit bleek onmogelijk, gezien ik nooit een orderbevestiging had ontvangen. Ook na aandringen om een orderbevestiging heb ik deze nooit ontvangen. Bij levering bleek bovendien dat het geleverde in geen enkel opzicht voldeed aan wat door de site werd vooropgesteld : wat op de site werd voorgesteld als 'welding tool', bleek in werkelijkheid een papierklem. Via via heb ik nog geprobeerd om alles terug te sturen, toen bleek dat Joopzy een postbusadres was in Tblisi Georgië. Joopzy blijkt een doorgeefluik te zijn, die haar bestellingen overmaakt aan een Chinese leverancier, waarbij winstmarges worden gehanteerd van 300 à 400 %. Wees gewaarschuwd : bij Joopzy kopen is vragen om problemen.

Fake company I order some items and never received also PayPal doesn't respond for my refund. Be careful no trust on them
