This is a terrible place to buy…

This is a terrible place to buy anything from. I did but you don’t have to. Virtually everything they sell is is available at other places but at least without various dissapointments that come with this thing, whatever it is. STAY AWAY.

0 STARS BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY

I ordered headphones on October 11 and the order is still being processed. It hasn't even shipped. I got an email saying that my order was being processed and then another from paypal that my card was charged but i still haven't gotten the headphones or a confirmation email saying that they are in the processed of being shipped. They basically took my money and just never replied or shipped my order.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought an iPhone case for my daughters…

Bought an iPhone case for my daughters 15th bday a month in advance to avoid any issues. Still haven’t received it and her bday has come and gone. They said it was delivered. It has not been. Basically they stole 15 dollars from me. And they refuse to work with me at all. Continue to make excuses.

I ordered some veneer teeth they were plastic I could have bought it at the dollar store for Halloween. I was very disappointed what a waste of money I got ripped off. As soon as I saw them I threw them in the trash can. I can't believe this company is online selling bogus products please don't order any veneer teeth they will rip you off for plastic.

Bought some LED hoop lights

Bought some LED hoop lights, which looked great in the photos and video showing how they worked, and what arrived was nothing like that. About $5 worth of LEDs for $30. Some special offer that was. I had a feeling it was going to be a waste of money just looking at the site, and I should have trusted my instinct.
Do not buy anything from Joopzy. It's an Internet Pound Shop.

If I could give ZERO stars

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!

Ordered Silicone stand-up "zip" bags. They are useless. They don't stay zipped! As soon as I zip it up, it immediately unzips itself. I contacted customer service regarding the issue and they told me to send a video of the problem, which I promptly did. I then waited for their response, hoping they would offer to exchange just in case I got a bad batch. They did not stand behind their product and told me I was outside of the window to return and would not get a refund.

I went through Paypal, which is how I paid for the items, and went through Paypal's resolution process. At that time Joopzy said I could get a refund if I sent the item back but that shipping would be my responsibility. These scammers are in Georgia, as in the Soviet Union Georgia, and sending it back to them would cost me just as much as my refund.

Long story short; I got scammed and got stuck with garbage from these shady people who do not stand behind their products!

Lesson learned. Karma sucks. Have the day you deserve, Joopzy!

Pire site internet, je viens de me faire avoir, commande en doublon et deux prélèvements au lieu d'un...

Aucun moyen de suivre mon colis et aucune réponse concrète de la part de leur service client..

Robot automatique du chat sur leur site internet qui m'écrit qu'il est impossible d'annuler une commande une fois validée.. je n'ai rien validé et me retrouve avec deux prélèvements.. une honte

NE COMMANDEZ SURTOUT PAS SUR CE SITE !!!

This site shouldn't even exist

This site shouldn't even exist. Sure the low prices catch your eye but they're not worth the agony. I purchased a bundle deal (2 items)... the tracking site was hell and never showed updates, I contacted customer service 4 times and NEVER got a specific response, they just kept telling to be patient... after 8 weeks I received ONE package, I tried customer service again and they argued I only bought one, I emailed screenshots and they still argued I purchased one... It's been almost 3 months since the purchase, I only got one item and I'm TIRED of arguing with stupid people. Not worth it. DON'T EVEN TRY IT.

Ne jamais acheter sur ce site! Le produit reçu est tellement de mauvaise qualité! C'est ridicule. J'ai demandé plusieurs fois de me faire rembourser et il ne le feront jamais. J'ai commandé des pantalon en bambou. J'AI reçu des pantalon plus mince qu'un t-shirt! Avec des coutures cheap!! Je vais sûrement être obligé de faire des chiffons pour laver les toilettes avec ses pantalons.

These people are the worst ever

These people are the worst ever! I would never order nothing from this so call company! They sent me the wrong wall connector for my led light mask, and its been a nightmare trying to get someone to help me on sending me the correct one, cant even get one person to contact me back!!! BUY ONLY IF YOU'RE WILLING TO WAIT WEEKS FOR DELIVERY

I wish I had found this website prior to placing an order. Three weeks after placing an order for reusable produce bags, the bags still seem to be in China, a long time from arriving at my house! Never again! My actually rating is NO STARS!

Waited a month for the item then…

Waited a month for the item then received an email asking for my post code despite my supplying it when I ordered. Queried why it had taken them a month to ask for this, no answer! Avoid!
