I ordered an astronomical ring and I received the wrong size. Then, after some e-mails they understood the issue and sent me another one, with no charges. Regarding my experience, was good. They replied and fixed the situation.

Shoe boxes

I ordered their shoe boxes on Instagram... what a mistake I made. I should have known better than to trust a company with ads on instragram but this was my mistake. My shoe boxes arrived 2 weeks after ordering with no instructions how to assemble and the wrong color. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions but no response. Buyers be aware of this online company. The shoe boxes displayed looked like they fit a size 10-12 shoe needless to say they fit a size 6 shoe. They lured me in with these nice solid shoe boxes at a cheap price but I guess you get what you pay for and now I’m out $150+ dollars (I should have ordered 4 to start to see what quality I was getting, my mistake).

Scrath remouver. SCAM

I recieved my product for car scrath remouver, the bottle was half empty, no seal on the bottle. Tried the product, doesn't work at all. Don't buy this, its a scamScrath

I wouldn’t even rate Joopzy as one star…

I wouldn’t even rate Joopzy as one star but your system wouldn’t accept that. I was drawn in by nice Facebook and Instagram adverts and decided to make an Order. The advert showed a nice looking large radio control excavator. I made the order for my son. Several weeks later I couldn’t believe what arrived. A very very small cheap toy one!! Can’t believe I was sucked in by these scamming jokers!! Asked for a refund but it instantly go put on hold. Moral of the story I guess is to just buy from places you know won’t trick and scam you and pay a little more to get good stuff. Here I have ended up paying almost £40 for probably less than £4 toy. Not happy and urge people to avoid this place!

This website does sell your data (your name, your street address, your email, the product you bought) to advertising companies. They also save your credit card details and can charge it again at any time without your approval. Avoid this scam.

Don't order from Joopzy !!!!!! SCAM !!!!!!
I was so excited to see how much products this company has. I ordered the leather restoration cream which has 5 stars rating and excited to use on my furniture. They took about 3 weeks to send which is not a big deal but they sent me a no name brand not the picture online....it was totally a different brand, wasn't a english brand so couldn't read instructions and it didn't work....Customer Service was nice at 1st and asked me to take photos to send them to prove it , which I did....then they reply...its ok because it does the same job and would not send me the product I paid for.... if I pay crest toothpaste, I don't want a no name brand.....then they told me to video using the product and on and on....end of the day, after 10 emails back and forth....I knew they will not replace it to refund me....This company is from China and they have imitation brands which don't work....so beware and I would use another company.

PATHETIC

If i could give them ZERO stars i would. Ordered a bag from them on 21st June, it is now 21st JULY and they have yet not delivered even thought they say “within twenty days”. all their tracking links show different places and its so pathetic. When you reach out to them on live chat they either send you an email either with whatever you spoke to them about typed again OR send a mail saying your order is well on the way. I dont have more patience, joopzy if you are reading this send me my order NOW. And to everyone else , dont waste your time with this website. Pathetic service . Payed so much for ONE BAG and they wont deliver it.

The worst service ever!!!!

The worst service ever, I did place and order they charged me right away and they sent the product to the wrong address and did not have the curtesy of refund or placed an order again very disappointed.

worst TITAN HEAVY SNEAKERS/ COMPANY ever

worst buy ever, I bought the Titan Heavy Duty Sneakers, well one big lie, they are not safe at all, they have got no protection in the toes, if I would have worn them for work and something would have fallen on my foot, my toes would have been broken, and the antibacterial lining, well what a joke, nothing there, wish I could put the photo's on here, I send them photo's and they wanted to give me 40% back and I could keep the shoes , well they aint no good, wanted to send them back but cost £16 for recorded and tracking to China, as they send email after email asking for tracking and recorded number ,so P&P is more then the shoes are worth, so asked them to send me the 40%, well got 30% back, not 40%, worst pair of trainers I ever bought, they not safety shoes, would not even try to jump on nails like they show in the video, would be to dangerous, hope one day one person will and take them to court, be a big legal case, I wrote this review on their website as well bet they dont print it as they got all 5* and one 4*, I even wrote int he review, if you an honest company you would print my review, watch their space, Oh and JOOPZY dont send me a silly answer back, trying to get in contact with you solving the problem, asked for a full refund and you could not be bothered to give it to me, you know them shoes are not safe, you should be ashamed

Read the reviews 1st before hitting 'buy'

After reading the 1st few reviews I have decided against purchasing from this company, despite the 24/7helpline being pretty helpful. They have completley changed my mind. The thought of non delivery, unable to return unless a huge cost outways purchasing anything at all.
I guess that's what reviews are for. So glad I read some before I made the transaction complete.

This company is a complete SCAM

This company is a complete SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I made a purchase and tried to return it. It wasn't even taken out of the mail wrapper they sent it in. They havre me every excuse. They wanted me to measure the product. Scam scam scam. Be warned. Do not purchase from them.

Rubbish.

Ordered some footwear. It arrived broken and broke even more when I tried them on 'just to see'. They were also completely not as described.

I emailed the company for a refund and got no reply for days. Then I tried again and this time got a reply which included the refund procedure and to wait for the next email for the return address. This address email never came and even after yet another email from myself, I got nothing.

I sent one last desperate email to them and got offered 40% refund without having to return the faulty footwear. I upped them to 50% just to see the back of the whole shambles.

Do NOT deal with them. Appalling customer service.

I ordered a blow dryer and they did…

I ordered a blow dryer and they did mailed to me with the wrong plug. I dont wan't to but I guess I don't have an option I'm going to have to put a dispute with my CC. They promise they were going to mail me the correct plug and I haven't got anything. This is bad is my 1st and last time I ordered from this website. Very bad customer service.

Scammers!

I ordered 5 pairs of transparent waterproof shoe covers. 2 weeks later I received ONE pair of typical black rubber shoe covers.

I emailed and called the company. No response until I filled a complaint with PayPal. Then their "solution" was to offer to send me another pair of shoe covers to replace the damaged ones. Huh? Again, I ordered 5 and received 1 pair that was completely different than what they advertise.

They are very slow to respond. I'm thinking that their translator only stops by once or twice a week.

If you enjoy getting ripped off, Joopzy is your company. Otherwise steer clear.

Ying Yang cat necklace

A positive thing is, this company cares for its customers as I recieved an answer via email from them, regarding my necklace.
