Sent Us the WRONG Size in the Box for the Right Size
I've ordered from them before and mostly I get shoes. My husband ordered shoes for me. He got the style and the size right. Joyfolie sent the wrong size. They sent a size 1Y in a size 3Y box. At this point the box fits better. They won't refund or exchange because it is outside their timeline. My husband bought it in November and only gave it to me in February. I've ordered from them before and always size 2Y or 3Y. Never 1Y.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the situation with the shoe size you received. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially since the item was meant to be a gift.
Our return and issue reporting policy is available for customers to review on our website, and it outlines that any issues with an order must be reported as soon as possible, as we have a set timeframe for these cases. We always encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt, so we can address any concerns promptly. In this instance, as the issue was raised several months after the order was placed, it unfortunately falls outside the timeframe outlined in our policy.
That said, our team has responded to your email and asked for your patience while we review your case further to see how we may best assist you. We truly appreciate your understanding.

The clothing is beautiful. It’s shipped on time. Only once I needed to return something and there was no problem. I believe I returned something and received a store credit which was fine because I knew that was the policy.

The Felicity dress is one of my favorites from Joyfolie, and I have quite a few. The color (rose clay) is stunning and the fit is perfect, very comfortable. The fabric is good quality. I've had it about a year now and I've found that I can dress it up or down depending on shoes and accessories. Their customer service is fantastic too. Returns are absolutely no hassle.

Customer service and product line of my dreams
Excellent customer service. I was a first time buyer and a little wary with a new brand, just using size charts. Wendy emailed me back a considerable amount of information on a couple of their items I was looking at, assisting me with best fit and sizing tips so I’d be happiest along with what their policies were for returns and exchanges in case anything didn’t work out. (Just FYI- I received my order today and won’t be returning ANYTHING ❤️ because it all did fit and was of fabulous quality!)

The clothes are eye catching and great quality. Clothes are made out of materials that don't look or feel cheap at all. Very flattering and beautiful selection. Also it helps rhe the models wear the clothes and other items on the website so you can see how an outfit would actually look once you add accessories to It. 10/10 recommend!
