I asked for a refund on a purchase that I never made and my refund was approved with no problem.

Alero helped my problem

After previously posting my first review, I was contacted by the company and informed that they are willing to issue a full refund. While that may sound positive, I was then told that I would need to remove my Trustpilot review before the refund would be processed.

In my opinion, this raises serious concerns about how customer complaints are handled. If a company believes a refund is justified, it should be issued as a good-faith effort to resolve the matter—not conditioned upon the removal of an honest customer review.

My original concerns remain unchanged. The item I paid for was never delivered, and I should not have had to go through this level of effort to seek a resolution.

For transparency, if a refund is ultimately received, I will update this review accordingly. However, I do not believe customers should be asked to remove truthful feedback in exchange for a refund.

I am leaving this review in place because it accurately reflects my experience and because other consumers deserve to know how this matter was handled.

This company falsely charged my credit card for a membership. But they have communicated they will reverse the charge.

They kept charging my credit card and I had to cancel the card.
Eugene emailed me back and told me I had to give a 4 or 5 star rating to get a refund.
Complete scam.
Three companies that use exact same emails and scam.
Festgrid, junior seller and one more.
