Our product is a bit different in how you pay for your car insurance, intending to make it more flexible and affordable. If you drive less, you then pay less.

When running a quote with us, you would have been asked how many annual miles you do - allowing us to provide you with an annual estimate for your insurance. You selected 2,000 miles. If you don't exceed the miles you have stated - the insurance will cost you what we advised at the beginning of your policy.

How the payment works:
You pay a small monthly fee, to cover your car whilst parked. This comes out every month.
Then you have your price per mile. This part is up to you. Each mile will cost you your quoted rate, which then comes out of your pre-paid account. This account can be accessed through your personal dashboard. You can alter the settings of this account at any point during your policy. It can be topped up automatically when it falls below a certain amount (which you select) or you can manually top it up to have even more control.

I'm happy with paying only for miles because I don't travel a lot so it suits me just fine plus you get £100 back after 6 months.

The worst company absolutely disgusting…

The worst company absolutely disgusting very discriminating I would never trust this company they treat customers like dogs it’s a game to them it’s how they can rob that 100 pound set up fee they try access payments from your bank without your consent they have tried over 6 times just to leave me on a negative absolute scam I have now been on call to them for 3 hours whilst they keep terminating my call

Con Artists

Been with this company for 2 years. Initially quoted me 9p per mile and then changed it because my No Claims Discount said "9 years+" instead of the actual number of years. After 9 years, all insurance companies accept there is no further discount to be had. Hence they just put 9+ years. Even comparison sites have 9+ years on their websites and nothing higher. So this company of Con Artists used this as an excuse to up it to 10p per mile (it adds up to a lot) after the policy had started. So it was too much hassle for me to back out. This is their tactic. After the 1st year they gave me no discount even though previous year they quoted me 9p per mile and I had an extra year No Claims. When I contacted the company a certain "Chloe" just asked me to look elsewhere. This is their customer service.

My policy ends this Friday and this is the last time I insure with these Cons. Most other providers are cheaper even with low mileage. Don't believe these Cons. This company has been at the same address in Birmingham for a number of years. They keep re-branding themselves. I can assure you Jurny won't last very long either. They'll just rename themselves onto the next Con. Check their records with Companies House.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! All other providers are cheaper regardless of your milage!

First of all, let's talk about the No Claims Discount. Confused.com displays a question on their website that goes up to 25+ years—so if you disclosed information incorrectly, it is our duty to correct the information so you receive full insurance cover from your underwriter.

In terms of the renewal, we are sorry we couldn't match or reduce your price for the following year. However, it is also our duty to advise all customers to look at their options everywhere to make sure they are receiving the best deal possible.

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult for customers who have been with us for a long time when we can't match or reduce their price based on what they have been quoted elsewhere; however, we would like to assure you that this has nothing to do with our relationship with you as a customer but rather reflects market conditions at any given time.

We are an experienced insurance broker and offer two different products: My Policy, which has been around for a long time, and JURNY, which is a newer product. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know!

Easily the best car insurance company I…

Easily the best car insurance company I have dealt with and Ive been driving for 33 years!!
This pay by the mile insurance is perfect for me as I have a car mainly to run to the shops and back with the odd short journey here and there as well. That means because I pay by the mile I pay very little for my insurance. I work from home so the usage is low and it works really well.
Not only that I have also just been credited £100 back after just 6 months with them.. which is fantastic.
The service I have received has been brilliant from the initial enquiry to any questions I have had.
The representatives are so helpful and patient and friendly not what I have been used to with other car insurance companies at all. Also you seem to get the same people which is good. I specifically have had great service from Michael who couldn't do enough for me and was really helpful and Joseph who handled my credit and it was in bank the next day!! - with other companies is been a waiting game for any form of pay out.
Great company 5 stars!!!!
