Very easy to set up, great customer service team based in UK that answer the phone and help, easy to use app and makes sense really to only pay for when you are driving your car. And it's cheaper

Very quick and easy just simply plug in device and good to go.
Spoke to mark and he was very helpful explained everything perfectly and made my adding a private plate to vehicle very easy and simple sent email with change of Registration straight away other companies in the past have been slow with this process.

Great customer service.
Been with Jurny for over a year now, customer service is good on the phone, my only negative with them is they usually ignore emails which is annoying. All in all they have been v good with me and happy to renew.

Great customer service and business concept. The Jurny.co.uk app needs a bit of work thought as the verification of documents algorithm is not quite finished and is a little frustrating.

This was quite easy to set up and install my Jurny metre .Also the customer service is very good i had no trouble getting though on the phone (No long waiting times)
Also it looks like it could be saving me a fair amount of cash

Staff are approachable and explained everything you you want to know about their product and manageable in terms of paying pay what you used at first I reluctantly to get the car insurance from JURNY because I never heard about this company by searching and reading about JURNY I convinced that this is the right car insurance for me the negative side the meter has been delayed for more than I week and telling me if I didn’t connect the meter they might cancel my car insurance a couple of exchange email to explain that meter hasn’t been arrive but overall they have a good customer service, I will recommend.

Didn't have to spend too long waiting for someone to answer the phone and were very friendly and helpful. Mails are responded to very quickly too. Would recommend to anyone.

When I rang for a Quote a chap called Michael explained everything I needed to know. At first it sounded a bit complicated, however he spent quite a bit of time explaining everything. Once I was up & running it couldn't have been simpler. I downloaded the App, which didn't work but I can log on to my account through the website so no worries.
I would recommend Jurny.

I'm disabled and my mechanic installed the box in my car for me. However, according to Jurny the box hasn't been installed. Another problem, I went out to start my car the day after box installation and it had completely drained my battery. I can't go through this every time I need to go to a hospital appointment. They also want to start taking ad-hoc payments randomly during the month to "top up" my mileage, after saying they'd do it monthly, I work from home so I don't commute daily, I do between 30-50 miles per week, picking up my partner. Taking random payments is just not acceptable.
18/07/2023 - In reply to Jurny's response. The box was installed for four days and still hadn't registered. Also, since my original review, the box has completely disabled my car via the immobiliser. I now have to wait for my mechanic to attend to see if it can be rectified!
