Super service
As a young person, moving house is extremely daunting but Lyndon was so helpful that I was completely put at ease! He was communicative about every step of the process, and even issues I was faced with he helped to rectify. I could not recommend JustMoveIn or Lyndon more. Thanks so much!

Great experience as first time home buyers
As first time home buyers, we had a fantastic experience speaking with Lyndon at Just Move In. He was extremely professional whilst also keeping the atmosphere light and relaxed, with a great sense of humour.
A lovely, personable bloke who was genuinely a pleasure to speak with. He made the whole call feel really positive and enjoyable, which made a potentially daunting part of the home-buying process much easier.
We’d both be more than happy to work with Lyndon/Just Move In again in the future and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Above and beyond service, he’s a real credit to the business! :)

Easy and fast solution
It was my first ever experience renting in the UK and I was very stressed about setting up the bills, wi fi etc.
Lyndon was helping me to figure it all out. I want to note how easy and explanatory he was, answering all the questions and setting everything up quickly. He helped me to find the best solution for my exact situation, in terms of my request and priorities, recommended the best price options and was very supportive.
Great services for those who is about to start renting, really appreciate the help and would recommend!

Brilliant service!
I dealt with a man called Phil during the phone call. He was brilliant, explained everything thoroughly and made it very smooth. I got everything set up really quickly all set for my move in date. Would definitely recommend using this service. It made my life much easier without having to deal with all the extra stress of moving my things

Excellent service. Friendly staff. One of the staff, Thomas Bourne was very friendly, kind, patient and always put my best interest first. I have never had such excellent service. Would recommend.

Perfectly Handled
The first gentleman I talked to for scheduling our conference call with my husband was great. The second gentleman who gave us a call was perfect, He explained everything well for us to understand how their services works. The customer care he gave us on call was beautiful. Had a Lovely chat with Phil Murphy…
Had a Lovely chat with Phil Murphy today about my move in and the services JMI offers.
Phil was extremely comprehensive in his mannerisms and explanations about how he could help and guided me into choosing what best fitted me for services.
Did go for managed options as a whole package but realised the price was way to high, instead of being pushy like most people would be he offered and alternative and explained all rates, offers etc and got me the best deal for my energy supplier.
Then handled the council tax, water bill etc like it was water off a ducks back. Was a pleasure to speak to and took allot of the work away from myself.
Top man Phil. Keep up the good work mate

Initially confused, Eventually very pleased
While I was very confused at being proactively called, once I was connected by the initial corner to Finn I was a lot more at ease. Finn was sweet, cheerful and capable and helped explain not only what was going on but the services justmovein could actually provide for me and how it could help and it was well worth being on the phone for so long. Finn was very well knowledgeable, clearly understandable over the phone connection and was also very understanding of my disability and my need to process the information. He was incredibly patient and not only was it a vital service I received with good price rates BUT also an actually very pleasant and enjoyable conversation! 10/10 I would work with you again, but please let it be Finn you send out to call me

Raeeda made things simpler/easier
I had a great experience with Raeeda Ahmed. She was very patient with me, took the time to research the best deals and answer all my questions. She provided tips and quick links. I was a bit overwhelmed and yet she managed the entire call very calmly.
