Donna was extremely helpful
Donna was extremely helpful. I had issues at first since someone else had suggested me a one utility bill despite it not working for me, but Donna was able to fix that and really help me out.

Zero stars is too many
If I could give zero stars I would,
I am disgusted with this company and their partner company AnyVan.
I told them on the day we moved that I did not wish to use their services;
This was ignored and they went ahead and started to set up accounts for
me with suppliers.
This is against GDPR sharing my details.
Unfortunately I had no internet connection I received an email from them which appeared in spam confirming our conversation and what we had agreed would now happen this was from Donna Cunningham move specialist, I only realised what had happened when British Gas and Severn Trent emailed me to welcome me as a new customer with my new account details ( which were wrong ),
I have since cancelled these accounts and have spoken to this company ,
Be very careful with using AnyVan they are also horrendous

Great Service
As a first time buyer I was feeling lost when it came with bills, council tax and insurance but Just Move In was able to make this simple to understand and complete my home set up with in a hour phone call.
The service that was provided by Lyndon was welcoming, honest and informative, taking my opinions & choices to make them a priority and find what was best for me.
Would absolutely recommend & would advise anyone to go in with a brief idea of what you want to get from the service as they will have a better understanding of how to help you.

Good experience
Raeeda was a delight to speak to….. clear diction ( so important for me with my hearing disability) and clear explanations . I found I had already dealt with quite a few of the moving issues already but she is helping with the various utilities to start the ball rolling .

Helpful service for first time movers
Extremely helpful team that explained thoroughly my options in regards to utilities and insurance. I spoke to Will, who was patient with all my questions and provided good advice for my move in date. The task tracker was also a great tool as this was my first move and I was reminded of all the tasks I didn’t realise was needed.

Tom is amazing!!
Tom was amazing and patient and helped my partner and I get our bills and insurance set up for our new place! Everything you could ever want from customer service is what Tom did for us. Patient, explained everything thoroughly, and answered any questions I had. Very friendly and helpful and if I move again I hope I get Tom on the line!

Dislike: I had to actually speak with a representative before being able to use the "app", I don't understand the process of getting access to broadband. And don't understand if I'm gonna get a physical bill. And the dash board is a bit overwhelming as well.
Like: The representative I spoke was helpful and getting my stuff set up. And she answered my questions as best as possible even I couldn't understand. She very cheerful and professional.

Shady. Tried to add management charges and no choice of suppliers
No idea how this is getting high scores.
Justmovein contacted my son after he started renting a flat, as the estate agents work with them. The estate agent said they were free and had helped previous tenants.
Justmovein had no record of the previous energy supply even though supposedly they helped the previous tenants. They then proposed a "great" unlimited energy deal (what the H is that?) for over £300/month (for a small flat!), together with a broadband offer and (wait for it) a £30/month "management charge"! No choice of suppliers - just the recommended ones. This is supposed to save people money how?
Their site is super shady. Lots of lovely drawings and no pricing details whatsoever. FAQ says, "free to get started, you can add optional services". Not true - straight off the bat, they brought in another company called oneutilitybill.co (not something we requested) and tried to slap on £30/month. Naturally, we told them what to do with their great offer.
Avoid like the plague and shame on the estate agent (Dexters) that is recommending this scammy service and very likely getting kickbacks.

Stress free and feeling relaxed!
I usually find moving house very stressful especially organising it all like my bills. Beliate was amazing and really came through ensuring all my needs were met whilst also answering questions on what to do with my old bills. He gave me multiple different options to choose from with each bill making my choices wide. Highly recommend and props to Beliate for going above and beyond so friendly and easy to talk to. Stress free and feeling relaxed !
