I have had a poor experience.
I have had a poor experience with JustMoveIn. They have made my first house move significantly more stressful rather than less. They were unable to find a broadband deal for my home, an electricity deal I set up through them fell through due to incorrect bank details, which I am absolutely certain were correct. Then, I learned that my address - which was incorrect - had been provided to the old electricity supplier of my neighbour's property, who assumed I had moved in, and out of the blue billed me for 3x the value of the electricty I'd used with a different company, causing days of arguments and stress. The documents for the contents insurance I set up via JustMoveIn were not accessible from the website. I find the idea of being out of control of every aspect of your move and setup disconcerting, but the way it was phrased to me was as though it was not possible to do any of it without them. In addition, the constant use of very poor quality AI which did not know what I was asking it was not satisfactory in the least. Also, the constant phone calls were at best inconvenient and at worst stressful and disruptive at what is already a stressful time.

Great service from Will!
We spoke to Will and he was so helpful. We had no clue where to start and he managed to get everything sorted for us in less than 20 minutes! I would recommend this service to everyone!!

Ray was our assistant on the phone today he was very helpful went into detail about what each section would include and explain any confusion or concerns we had. Really good experience.

Don’t try to sell you on anything, they find the best options and advise you which is very good. Allows you to make the decision with the information given.

Great service
I had a great experience with Camilla Matthews. She provided excellent customer service, took the time to research the best deals and answer all my questions. I especially appreciated that she was not trying to sell me more than I needed, when I asked to do basic tariffs with no extras she agreed and set it up straight away. This service definitely made the move a lot less stressful and I'm very happy with everything.
