The rug is very pretty. It goes very well in my living room. It’s thin so you need a good mat underneath it. It came in a little over a week. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Impossible to contact
I wanted to get samples of three rugs, so I asked on Chat. I was told I should email, which I ended up doing three times and three times you ignored me. I was told to be specific on the detail of the rug which I did. In the end I took a chance and bought one of time in small, which worked out. But really, you do nothing to help people who want to give you money.

Ckoset and bathroom Runners…
I bought a runner for closet which I will.put a pad underneath and a bathroom runner which had the non slip back on. I like both. Haven't had long enough to launder. If using as a living room rug I would put a thicker regular weight felt rug pad.

The rug I received matches the one in the picture, which is always nice! It came folded, but not creased, so it lays flat nicely from the start. It is just what I wanted.

Terribly made rug
Terribly made rug. The edging was very wavy not straight. It was not like the picture on the Internet, paler and design not quite the same.
