The rugs came in a timely manner and are beautiful. I haven't had the need to wash them yet, so I can't comment. I will need to purchase something so they don't slide on my vinyl plank floors. It was advertised that they don't slip.

Wrong color
The rug I ordered did not appear to be the same color online. I received a full refund and didn’t have to return it. They requested I donate to a good cause which I will do!

I’d never heard of the company but it…
I’d never heard of the company but it came up when I was searching for a rug. They had the exact rug we were looking for, it was washable too, and we were able to view it in our room which we found so helpful. When it arrived I opened it hoping it was as good as I’d hoped, it absolutely was, the colour was perfect and the size and the design were all spot on. It looks really good in our lounge and I’d definitely buy from Just Rug again in future.

Skewed pattern
I bought a 10’ x 14’ rug. The rug is lovely, except that its two short edges show that the pattern is skewed. So in one corner of the rug, the pattern has a 4-5” border and the border disappears as the pattern progresses to the opposite corner. So we have to put furniture along the edges so it’s not noticeable. Just looks cheaply made.

Love the rug! Perhaps a thicker backing would keep the corners from curling up. But overall I am pleased with my purchase.

If the corners curl slightly after unpacking, rolling the rug in the opposite direction and placing a light weight on it for about a day usually helps it settle flat. We also truly appreciate your feedback and have taken note of it as we continue improving our rugs and customer experience.

Exquisite custom rug, stunning -- so very pleased. I love your CUSTOM rug option. I have an elegant kitchen table, which has 8 leaves. So I ordered several sizes of the royal-ish blue fleur de lys non fringe rug for the different size tables!! Stunning. Makes me feel like a genius!
