I’m very satisfied with ALL of the hair pieces I have ordered from JuvaBun. The colour match is perfect. The pieces are very easy to care for. All are light weight and very comfortable to wear all day and night. I receive compliments all the time on how my hair looks. I’m sure I’ll be adding to my collection in the near future! :)

I have used Juvabun MANY times and they NEVER disappoint! My hair has thinned out so much over the years and this light brown messy bun gives me confidence! Quality product, adorable outcome!
I've had great experiences with JuvaBun in the several orders I've placed the last three years or so. Everything arrived in nic packaging, and was every bit as good of quality as I would have hoped for. I've been wearing my main JuvaBun for a few years now and I love the ease to create such a cute, pretty hairstyle.

I ordered juvabun 3 times and 3 times…
I ordered juvabun 3 times and 3 times my order was canceled by this company. 4th time, tried again. It took about a month to be delivered. When my order arrived it was NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED. I would like to return or exchange but getting a hold of this company is impossible. Have been on hold for almost an hour. No one's answers the phone. No greeting on the call. Emailed about my problem with my order, NO ANSWER!! This company is a sham if you can't ever reach customer Service!!

I kept putting it into my cart and taking it out. Finally I bought it. I was skeptical of color match. It is perfect! Everyone comments on my cute hair. I always say it is fake and give a quick javabun commercial. One of my friends bought one and she gets great comments too.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware i placed an order over 2 weeks ago I payed extra for the delivery so I would have it on time never received it!! They are now telling me that the product was delivered by the USPS the tracking number they gave me my USPS said that it not a tracking number I can’t get anyone on the phone or to contact me

My products were sent to me on time and I was happy with everything that I got. I purchased the curly ponytail, the straight ponytail, and of course the messy bun. I use all of them a lot, and they are fantastic.

Fine quality and worth the money. Exceptional Customer Service!
I received my items and they are definitely high quality. Unfortunately, and this is not Juvabun's fault, the color I thought would work didn't. It took a little time to get a hold of someone, but I was persistent and eventually got someone to help me. They took care of my issues, were kind, courteous, apologetic and sincere. I am going to try to get the correct color for my hair and look forward to wearing it daily as I work in an office setting and having an easy and quick way to make my hairstyle look like it took a long time to put together, is something I'm looking forward to.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I've paid in full and still haven’t received my order, and every attempt to get help has been met with silence or completely useless responses. This has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Customer service…
Initially my package didn't arrive and the tracking # provided showed my package delivered in another state. I believed it wouldn't get resolved. I was wrong. Customer service responded immediately and my package was delivered within a few days. I am impressed with my purchase. The color (light grey) matches perfectly!! Looks like human hair. Many complements. Great company to do business with.

Phenomenal match!
I received a messy bun and just got a long ponytail from Juvabun, both in silver grey and both match my hair beautifully! The ponytail is a clip on and wraps around my mini ponytail and a swatch of hair is wound around the ponytail to hide the top material holding the pony together. Absolutely beautiful!

red hair match
I have red hair and find it very difficult to find pieces that match. The one I got from juvabun almost matches perfectly. I have ordered 2 more and hope they match as well.

If there was a minus star
If there was a minus star, I would give it. I have called, emailed, and sent in on the message link, the past week. I am now up to 15 times and still zero response. The Worst Customer Service Ever. My last order was wrong, and gave up and ate the cost. Stupid me, thought I would try again and ordered 4. The order was the wrong color. I am so frustrated, I was going to exchange, but now just want my money back and I will NEVER order again. They print easy returns or money back. This is a joke. Terrible, Horrible, customer service. This place is nothing more than a scam. Please do not order from this place. You will be SORRY!

Oh my gosh, CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!
Oh my gosh. It has been an unbelievable nightmare. The worst customer service and return policy. I had to pay a total of $40 of my own money to return products that have never been refunded back to my credit card. One order for $79 and two for $24. I've disputed the charges but they still haven't submitted to my bank. I am ready to report them to a government agency for fraud unless I am refunded. Horrible, horrible, nightmare experience. I can't get anyone to respond to me.

The worst customer service ever!
I ordered 4 buns in medium brown. Each one is al different color, especially one is a light brown. I tried for well over a month to get a refund or exchange. They asked for pictures which I sent and still no answer. I’ve emailed at least a dozen times and still no response.
They definitely do not have the customer service or return/exchange policy that they claim to have.
I did email them and said, I will be writing a review and it won’t be good if I don’t get resolution so buyer beware!
