Just collected my wife’s Rolex watch from having a repair and a service. It has been returned in as new condition with a very quick turnaround. Would 100% recommend here and will be using again. Thanks guys!

Excellent communications, service completed within timescale quoted and to budget

Sent my Rolex watch for service and was extremely impressed with the complete transparency received and communication was excellent throughout. The watch looked amazing upon it being delivered back to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending JV Watchmakers to anybody thinking about having their watch serviced. Recently sent my IWC Mark XV in for a full service.
From getting the initial estimate to returning the watch the service from the team was great.
The watch came back in fantastic condition, all blemishes removed. The watch has been keeping very accurate time since the repair and you can feel / hear how smooth the automatic mechanism now is. The repairer obviously knew what they were doing!
Difficult to get IWC watches properly serviced without going back to the manufacturer, Jon Vincent's is a really good alternative.

Got my wife's Rolex midsize oyster perpetual s/s black dial with pink battens back from seller H&T pawnbrokers today.
Shop couldn't tell me what the fault had been.
Can you post up repair details pls.

I found Jon Vincent very helpful although I should say they could improve on communications as delivery after completion of the repair was only made after I emailed asking when I would receive my watch. It arrived the next day. Other communications were fast. The repair to my Omega appears to be excellent, and the watch case has been refurbished or replaced, but the watch looks like new.
The price of the repair was fair compared with other repairers.
I will strongly recommend Jon Vincent as a top quality repairer for all watches including high end watches.

I gave Jon Vincent a vintage Longines watch that had belonged to my Father. It had been lying in a drawer and had given up the ghost many years ago.
Upon examination, the guys at Jon Vincent discovered that the old battery had leaked and caused extensive corrosion.
Undaunted, they searched for a replacement part and eventually sourced one in the USA.
Yesterday, the watch was returned to me in full working order, fully serviced and fitted with a beautiful crocodile leather strap.
I would like to thank everyone at Jon Vincent for their sterling work and personal attention.

I contacted JV Watchmakers before Christmas, looking for a quote for supply and fitting of a replacement leather strap for my boyfriend's Rado watch. Joy responded really quickly and arranged to order the strap. Unfortunately it was out of stock at Rado but Joy kept me informed throughout, and when I sent the watch off for the strap to be replaced, they did it same day and returned it promptly by special delivery as agreed. All in all great service, great communication and I was really happy with the price and end result. Scott is delighted with his watch which now looks good as new. Highly recommended!

A helpful and friendly company who turn round things quickly and professionally

I recently sent my husbands Omega watch in for repair and the staff were excellent. They ordered the official Omega parts and repaired it in their lab. I was impressed by their email updates and how quickly it took.
I would highly recommend them for any watch repairs.

I asked Jon Vincent to refurbish my 10 year old Tag Heuer watch . I was amazed when the watch was returned as it looked like new ! All the scratches to the stainless steel face and bracelet vanished . I would have no hesitation in recommending Jon Vincent . I will certainly be using them again sometime in the future.

I have a Locman Watch that I purchased in Portugal many years ago, and unfortunately the strap broke. I contacted Locman in Italy, and they in turn ( very efficiently ) put me onto Jon Vincent Watchmakers. Well the service from this company is nothing short of perfect. E mails were passed between us and a price was agreed ( very very reasonable ) .I sent the watch to them on a Monday and received a reply on the Tuesday saying it had been repaired , and not only that, they had found another problem , and repaired that also,at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service . If only all companies were this good .Perfect .

I am a watch repairer in Somerset and needed some parts for a high end Swiss watch (Eberhard) for a customer. The factory wouldn't even answer my emails but I got Jon Vincent's contact details and they ordered the parts and sent them to me. I was really impressed by every stage, from initial telephone contact to delivery! All superbly coordinated by Joy the workshop manager.
